I have enjoyed excellent service from Kathy at the Texas Insurance Agency for many years. She has been very easy to reach and prompt in returning phone calls / emails. I regret that I was forced to leave because the insurers have raised home insurance rates so high that I can no longer afford to ignore other more cost-effective insurance options through another agency.
