    I am infinitely impressed with & by this local Allstate office. Mr. Purtle is helpful, sincere, and most definitely courteous, as well as patient. It does -not- refer to any other local Allstate office, nor to the Allstate corporation itself, nor to its insurance offerings. Hopefully though I am insured through Allstate, a need re my claims experiences will seldom arise.
