    I spent some time with Robert Isaac today. I had never gone through an insurance broker before, but Im glad I did this time around. Robert explained how it all worked. We had some great laughs! He was very personable and I enjoyed the conversations we had. I was particularly fond of how patient he was with me as I adjusted numbers and tried different things to get the policy somewhere where I could fit it into my budget. He did share with me any risks I would be taking for reducing coverage and what I would be gaining with others. He was exactly who I needed while shopping around. The chances of me returning to Robert when Im ready to shop around again are very high. I highly recommend him for all your insurance needs.

    I am one of those loyal customers, and although my insurance price kept increasing every year, I stayed with the same company. I met Lindsay Gray on a cruise two years ago, and we talked about our lives and jobs. I knew she was in insurance, but because I was so loyal I didn’t bother asking her to check to see if she could save us money. Fast forward to the last 2 months, and I realized our home and auto insurance was just ridiculously high! I called Lindsay and asked her to see if she could find us a better rate for the same coverage.She DID!Not only did she save us money on the yearly rate, BUT we got better coverage on our home and auto! She literally went above and beyond my expectations, and she was so patient and helpful during the whole process. She made switching so easy, and I am one happy customer!     Jen really went above and beyond to help me get the best policy for my dollar. She looked into my previous insurer and discovered most of it wasn’t the correct coverage for me. She got me a better policy, for a better rate! Don’t hesitate to give them a call, they’ll help you undoubtedly!!

    I was in a desperate search to find a new auto insurance carrier after Allstate upset me with making changes to my policy without my consent. I was referred to Liberatore by a friend and it was such a seamless process. Dawn was very responsive and worked fast to get me a quote! Not to mention, she worked on trying to get me qualified for as many discounts as I could by asking questions on my driving history, background, occupation, education level. I am really happy with their customer service and highly recommend using them if you are shopping for insurance. Oh, and since they did such a great job on my auto insurance, I have now asked for help on my home insurance. It looks like I will be saving $1,200/month on home insurance alone (and getting more coverage than what I currently have now)!!!! That is amazing!!!! My only regret is not finding Liberatore Insurance Group sooner!!!!

    Wanted to rave about Lindsay! She helped me and my husband find better monthly payments! Called them up and Lindsay answered! I talked to her about how we are paying way to much with our previous insurance. She said she would do everything she can to get better affordable payments for us!About an hour later, I got a call back from her and she had done it! Everything I asked and more!     I was interested in knowing whether I was getting the best rates with my current insurance company. Most of the other companies I calledto get quotes from were very aggressive and seemed only interested in “signing me up.” Christina Davis took the time to understand what my family’s needs were in order to best assess our coverage. In the end despite not being able to beat our current rates she offered sound guidance to discuss with our insurer to better refine our current policy and maximize our policy.
