    Doug Hutchins was awesome. Quoted me a few different options and let me know the pros and cons on each. Worked with me on shipping/delivery and came by to help me install. Give ww cannon a call and ask for Doug by name. You wont be disappointed.

    Really pleased with this company. From Quote, to Scheduling to Scope of work completed. Pricing was fair and work was done well and on time. Ron Jackson was very responsive with my questions and what we needed to get done. Trishia was on top of things in regards to getting it scheduled and communicating those things and then the tech that came out (Francisco) was super knowledgeable and helpful. Listened to what my needs/wants were and delivered the final result we wanted. We will absolutely be using them moving forward for our Dock PMs. Thank you again!

    I started working with W. W. Cannon this year in 2021 and have enjoyed working with them. They are always very responsive and meet all of my expectations. Their pricing are always reasonable and this is the reason why they got the contract to provide & install my racking in the new Dallas DC that Lawson Products was building. The racking materials arrived 3 weeks early and installation was performed professionally which gave us no problem in getting us our inspection approval. I would definitely recommend W. W. Cannon for any of your warehouse equipment needs. I would like to personally Thanks Rode Chambers & his team for their outstanding job for making my job easier to manage. I would definitely work with Rode & his team again in future project - event if its outside the Dallas, TX area.

    I was in the market for garage cabinets and after doing a considerable amount of research decided on Rousseau cabinets. I contacted W.W. Cannon and dealt with Mr. Rode Chambers who was knowledgable about Rousseau and very professional. He helped me every step of the way to design my cabinets and take care of the smallest details. Communication with him was excellent as he kept me updated on the status of my order and made sure everything was right . The cabinets were delivered on time, damage free and were well built...everything about them was quality. I couldnt be happier with my Rousseau cabinets, W.W. Cannon, and Mr. Chambers. Would definitely buy from them again.

    WW Cannon recently installed a VRC lift for a commercial remodel I did in Dallas. They did an incredible, from start-to-finish.My salesperson was Rode, and he was amazing to work with & he made the entire process seamless… Rode answered all my questions, and took the time to understand what my client needed, which allowed their VCR to be ordered to their exact use. In addition to Rode, I also worked with Richard, who installed the lift. Richard did an outstanding job with the install, and the client couldn’t be happier.Overall, Rode was someone who went above and beyond. I am left happy that I chose them to use on this project.

    Fast and professional service. I have used them as my preferred vendor for dock door and ramp repairs since I was introduced to them late last year. The staff especially joe is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure you are taken care of correctly, add that to the service received by Chris for service and quoted repairs and this is why I will continue to use WW Cannon to service my facility’s needs.
