What sets Amarilis apart is not only her ability to create delicious flavors but also her commitment to crafting healthy and wholesome meals. I care deeply about the food I eat. I’ve tried a vegan lifestyle and hated it. It withered me down from 200 pounds of muscle to 157 like I was 16 again. Now I eat much more carnivorously and feel great!Not only are Amarilis’ meat dishes exquisite, but she even got me to enjoy vegetable dishes and, *somehow*, vegan dishes too. Her dish “cielo y terra” (heaven and earth) is not only delicious but also very meaningful. You can tell she puts love into her culinary creations. 10/10 would recommend!

Amarilis brings all the five senses to life with her culinary creations. The beautiful, vibrant colors and textures of the food burst with delicious flavors and health in each bite. Amarilis is truly an artist. We have truly enjoyed a variety of international cuisines as well as special requests and family recipes and Amarilis is capable of preparing it all. We feel she especially shines in preparing Italian food. We have found ourselves scraping the bottom of the bowl for more pesto and bolognese pasta.Furthermore, her warm personality adds another rich layer to the experience, as Amarilis brings a positive energy and joy to the home.Thank you Amarilis!

My best experience with the food cooked by Amarilis Healthy Chef, as a Hispanic I can comment that apart from the hygiene it has, you will not regret the delicious seasoning. 100% recommended.
