We have stayed at this location several times in our travel trailer and always enjoy our stay. We like that it is outside of Amarillo and not too far off the interstate, but far enough off that you dont hear all the traffic. We always come back to this site when coming to Amarillo. Are most recent stay we booked one of their small cottages and to say we were pleasantly surprised at the room it offered. Being able to go and buy food and make it ourselves was a nice option since it has a small kitchen with some cookware. If youre going to Amarillo on business pleasure or for doctors and you have to stay a couple of days, I recommend staying here. The cost to stay here was comparable to staying in a hotel, but the experience was so much better. -

We spent the week here in our camper and truly enjoy the quiet park. While close to the highway it was very peaceful. Wasn’t super crowded and the dog park is big. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Amarillo!! Can’t beat those Texas sunsets either!! -
Review 3 (2025-02-03 - Rating: 4)
Far enough from the interstate that road noise was minimal. Restrooms cleaned daily. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good monthly rate, however the road surface in the park needs attention/repair. Overall, enjoyed the 4month stay and Oasis will be at the top of my list upon my return. -
Review 4 (2025-02-26 - Rating: 5)
The spaces have lots of room and you are not on top of each other. Parking spaces are large and give you plenty of room to maneuver large 5th wheels and room to park your other vehicles. It is on the outskirts of town and the wind blows in the panhandle with not much to block it. It was cold during our stay so did not really use any of the amenities. The propane is out of service so prepare for that. There is a Loves truck stop right up the street where you can fill tanks just not RVs. Not sure what that meant they just said they were not certified for RVs. Hookups all worked as expected the water faucet did freeze overnight though. -

Nice campground whether passing through or staying a while to explore the area. Very tidy and clean. Helpful, friendly staff. We had a pull-through site, #37, with full hook-ups and 50 amp power. Picnic tables and concrete patio. Level sites. -
Review 6 (2025-01-03 - Rating: 5)
Super easy check in. It is all on line. Clean pull through, spotless showers and rest rooms. We will go back when we travel west. If you are looking for an overnight with a camper, this is a strong choice. A gas station is right down the street. Easy on and off with your camper. Food near by if you want to eat out. -

We ALWAYS stop here overnight as the midway point on our annual RV trip. The place is always clean with friendly staff and extremely easy access off of I40. 95% of the spots are pull through with full hookups. Also clean restrooms, showers and laundry facilities. The pool and hot tubs make for a great wind down after a driving day. Arriving after hours? No problem. They have a good system in place for that too! Highly recommend for an overnight stop or a See Amarillo and area stop! -

We made two quick stops here. One on our way to CA and one on the way back to TX. Even though we were just stopping to sleep it was a great RV resort. The concrete pads make set-up easy. The individual bathrooms are nice and clean. Customer service was great- even calling us to confirm the day of our arrival. Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities (pool, playground). -

The Oasis R V RESORT is an awesome campground. The infrastructure is definitely top shelf with paved roads and concrete pads at each site. The restrooms are relatively new, well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The wifi was very good and for us it was strong enough to stream with. ( not always the case depending on the number of guests )When in the area of Amarillo this place sure beats Loves hands down 👍 -
Review 10 (2024-10-12 - Rating: 4)
The pads were very level for our RV. Restrooms and area were very clean Only thing noticeable was the need for toilet paper in the restrooms through the weekend. Might need to check in the evening or leave an extra roll. restrooms were w/o during the weekend. As sept. is usually a hot/warm temps through the month in our area. why have the swimming pool covered and unable to use for guests?? -
Review 11 (2024-09-25 - Rating: 5)
Such a nice roomy park. We always stay here when we come through. They went out of their way again to get us the exact spot. So many workers running around keeping this place perfect. Everything worked as it should. So clean, lots of room between rvs. Level 100%. Cement pads. The dog run could certainly use some help. Nothing but weeds in it, but my dog didn’t care. Will stay here every time -
Review 12 (2024-09-26 - Rating: 5)
Weve stayed here numerous times over the years. We even spent almost a week here in 2022 after we got Covid up in Colorado! Very clean and well laid-out for RVs. Ours is a long Class C with a toad. Great satellite coverage since there are no trees! But hey, its AMARILLO! A very large and busy Loves gas center is a couple of blocks down the road next to I-40. The best place to stay in Amarillo, by far! -
Review 13 (2024-09-10 - Rating: 5)
We stayed 60 days total. It is a great clean park. Would stay again. The staff was friendly, helpful. NicePool, laundry, showers. Many drive through sites. Drive slow as the roads need work. -

Great RV park, right off the interstate. Big rig friendly and tons of places to eat within a short drive! Plus Cadillac Ranch is one mile away! Great location!Only con: you can smell the cow 💩in the air since there’s cow farms close by. But we only stayed for one night, so it wasn’t a really big deal for us.Making the following recommendations:For Mexican🌮: Go to EL TejavonFor Steak🥩: Go to The Big TexanFor Asian🍣🍤🥠🥟: Lins Garden Buffet (great value) -

We stayed in our motorhome in the RV park for one night, and this was a perfect place to stop. Its not far from the interstate, yet it was far enough to be quiet. Very clean, level sites, and very friendly staff. Will stay here if we need a place in Amarillo again. -
Review 16 (2024-12-14 - Rating: 5)
Very clean and well kept park. Bathrooms are heated and they were spotless. This is one of the most well-maintained locations for camping. -
Review 17 (2024-08-19 - Rating: 4)
We had a truck issue and the park allowed us an extended stay rate in the site we were at (which was an overnight site). They were very understanding and pleasant to deal with. Everyone was helpful. The park is located 1/4 mile off I40 so there is some highway noise but the sites are easy to get in and out of and are very good size. -
Review 18 (2024-09-17 - Rating: 4)
Good size sites. Playground is a bit dated. Grass needed mowing. Dog area is gravel. It’s in a good location along our travel route. Priced right. -
Review 19 (2024-06-04 - Rating: 5)
Oasis RV Resort is big rig friendly. We stayed in a 45 5th wheel for a month and had no issues navigating the park. The park is close to I-40, but very little road noise was observed. The road just off I-40 is very rough, so please drive slowly when coming up to the park. The roads in the park have many potholes also but are easy to navigate around. Just be careful if coming in after a rain, as you will not be able to see the potholes.Everyone we interacted with at the park was friendly and helpful. Most all sites are pull-through. They have some back-in sites, but those are reserved for seasonal folks. The pull-through sites are very long, and okay from side to side. However, there is no grass at any of the sites. Our four-legged friends adapted to the rocks quickly. All sites include a picnic table, on a cement slab. The water quality was okay, and the pressure and flow were good.Since none of the sites have grass, they do have a decent size dog park, and plenty of grass areas to walk your four-legged friends. They have a small playground area, pool, and a community center with a pool table and table tennis. The restroom and laundry facility were spotless and always stocked. The park adheres to quiet times and for the most part is quiet. The park is located minutes away from many restaurants and shopping. This location has good cell service. One side note, if you have packages delivered, they must be delivered to the site, as the office will not accept them. A few times, our packages were delivered to the wrong site.If this review was helpful, please give it a thumbs up.ThanksFYI, do not judge the water quality of the pool, as it had not opened for the season at that time. -
Review 20 (2024-07-16 - Rating: 5)
Amarillo is a nice halfway point when traveling to Colorado from the DFW area. Over the years, weve stayed at various RV Resorts/Campgrounds there. Oasis is comparably priced to the others, but being on the outskirts of Amarillo, it was much quieter and we felt safer. They have a beautiful swimming pool. There is a clubhouse that had a video game and a basketball game for the kids. There were puzzles, books, a kitchen area. It was very nice, quiet, roomy. They did have a hot tub, but at the time we were there, it was not in working order. They have a good sized, fenced dog park. There are dog waste bags and receptacles pretty much at the end of every street. The streets in the RV Resort are named so finding our campsite was very easy. The bathrooms were plentiful throughout the Resort. Each contained a private shower. We only stopped for a quick overnight to break up our drive home from Colorado. We didnt have to unhook. The sites were pretty level. We stayed in site 41. It worked fine for us, but I probably wouldnt choose that particular site again. It is right next to the restroom/laundry facility (which was very convenient), but our slide was on that side. Had it been busy, we would have heard bathroom traffic all night. But there are so many restrooms, this was not an issue. Also, the placement of the sewer hook up was out of reach. We just pulled up and dumped when we left. There was a food truck there when we arrived, which was convenient. We bought our supper from there and it was nice not having to cook, or unhook to go somewhere to eat. That being said, the food from the truck was nothing to write home about. But they were friendly. -
Review 21 (2024-08-17 - Rating: 4)
This visit was not as great as our experience here last summer. We were assigned a site that had broken electrical hookup. Office said that they were waiting for a part, she needed to make herself a note so she stopped assigning people to that site and wed have to hook back up and move. The water was shut off for several hours the next day.Other than that, it was a nice stay. -

My go-to Amarillo RV park. Well maintained, paved roads, concrete pads, top notch and clean facilities. Cant go wrong here. -
Review 23 (2024-08-24 - Rating: 4)
We were going through Amarillo to Colorado and wanted to stay at an RV park on a whim and though I couldnt use their online service to reserve a spot, I was able to call and the poor person on duty was sole-handedly taking and making reservations, and being very descreit about recording the CC# over the phone so no one in listening distance could hear her.The lot was quite open, though no trees; however, very well laid out, very nice showers and toilets, and though we didnt use the pool, all looked very nice. No mosquitoes, felt private from the hustle of a nearby Loves gas station (which also has RV hookups, just in case Oasis is full) and the highway. And the pet area was large grass, mowed, and have bags there to use.PS, the price was awesome for the quality of the campground there. Just FYI.PPS, only reason for 4 instead of 5 was due to the website fiasco. But their handling in spite of it was Bravo! -

Easy on and off highway. Nice spots. Bath house was nice and clean. Pool was closed so can’t rate or comment. Over all very nice. -
Review 25 (2024-11-29 - Rating: 4)
A little over-priced (IMO), but great location away from highway noise, yet near a Loves, and excellent facilities. Personnel are kind, friendly, helpful and professional. -
Review 26 (2024-06-03 - Rating: 5)
Great campground right off the highway. LOTS of pull-through spots - makes pulling in way easier and less stressful! Clean, well-maintained. Decent pool. If youve got dogs, definitely bring your paw cleaner - the dog park is muddy. -

Review 28 (2024-08-23 - Rating: 5)
Very convenient to I-40. Long pull thru spots, very clean and level. Reservations were quick and easy over the phone and they take Good Sam. Well stay here again when we travel. -
Review 29 (2024-07-10 - Rating: 5)
Stayed in site 162. 120’ paved pull through / sites and roads are paved and seem level. After hours check-in was easy. I did however have trouble with the WiFi. There were two different passwords on the information sheet ( neither worked) could have been operator error. Location is across from a brand new Loves. 1.5 miles from Cadillac ranch and approximately 4.5 miles from restaurants. Surrounded by farm land. Easy on and off interstate. Safe location. Could possibly get very windy here I was told. We did not experience that for our overnight. All in all, I would recommend for overnight stay. -
Review 30 (2024-05-29 - Rating: 5)
We stayed here passing through on 40 to and from AZ. The park is right off the interstate and within a mile of the historic Cadillac Ranch. The sites are clean, spacious and are paved up to concrete pads with picnic tables. WiFi and water pressure were both good as was 4/5g LTE. Tons of room for dog walking and a large off-leash area. My only detraction was the rough roads inside and leading up to the campground but that was easily overlooked as the sites, themselves are smooth and level. Outside of the truck-stop just outside the park, major chain and local restaurants were within a few miles drive. -
Review 31 (2024-09-16 - Rating: 4)
We have visited here several times and love our stay each time. The staff is always amazing and friendly. The only thing I would suggest is the roads need to be fixed, there are several large pot holes. -
Review 32 (2024-08-06 - Rating: 5)
Not sure who built this RV park but, this is the first one I remember coming to where ALL of the pull through spots have the patio area facing to the EAST, why cant more RV parks consider this before building. Every pull through had shade in the afternoon. Great job on this design. -
Review 33 (2024-03-29 - Rating: 5)
I would say that this is the best choice RV Park in Amarillo. We have stayed at a view others and prefer this one for its large, spacious, clean sites. The park is fenced in and well maintained. It feels safe. Its a little west of the actual city, but still close enough to venture around. They also accept Amazon packages. They have some of the best laundry facilities we have ever seen. Nice game room too! -
Review 34 (2024-06-25 - Rating: 5)
We were soooo surprised to pull in here in what is essentially the middle of west Texas nowhere and find it welcoming, clean, busy, and very well-maintained. And it’s a lot bigger than we assumed. The staff was nice. They actually have a food truck on-site that had fabulous chicken for supper and the pool was quite popular! This place is done right and at the right location. We travel a bunch and will be back, I’m sure. And you couldn’t beat this view of sunrise from my steps! -
Review 35 (2024-08-21 - Rating: 5)

Review 36 (2024-06-25 - Rating: 5)
This RV resort was a great place to stop for the night when we traveled from New Mexico back to Dallas. Our pull-through site was level, and the layout makes maneuvering around easy. There wasnt much shade from the blistering Texas heat. Check in was easy, and the place was very clean. -
Review 37 (2024-08-01 - Rating: 5)

Review 39 (2024-07-09 - Rating: 5)
After reading a bunch of reviews, we decided to try the Oasis. I must say Im happy with our choice. In a previous review, someone had complained of potholes in the roadway. There were none. The roads within the park were smooth as silk. Someone complained about tall grass and stickers in the dog run. The grassy areas were well manicured and my dog nor I encountered any stickers. In fact, there was someone there weedeating as we were leaving. We dont have a TV in our camper so I never tried the cable. Never had any issues with the water or electric. We arrived after hours so booked online and never came face- to- face with anyone. The only complaint I might have is the internet. It was there and easily accessible but very slow. That didnt bother me much as I just connected to the hot spot on my phone. The bathrooms were clean and beautiful. And the hook up posts light up at night! I love that! All in all, a very pleasant and clean place -

Review 42 (2023-09-27 - Rating: 5)
We stayed here for 2 weeks in September and absolutely loved it! We were near the community center which had a pool table (not the greatest if you actually play pool but good enough to teach our kids on:) and other fun games. There was a big leather couch and TV, and it was so clean and quiet. The pool was clean and a good size. The hot tub was very nice and there were several propane grills available to use. The ladies that worked there were so friendly and cleaned so well everyday! The campground is super close to cadillac ranch. The sites were close but not so close that your neighbors awning is over your picnic table, like some places. The laundry facilities were always clean and worked well. We will definitely be back to Oasis if were in Amarillo! -

We have stayed at Oasis many times and always plan on staying there when we are traveling through Amarillo. Always well maintained and managed. Great customer service as well! Good job y’all…👍 -
Review 44 (2024-06-13 - Rating: 5)
Stayed here in a cottage for 5 months for work in Amarillo. The cottage was comfortable and clean. It was easy to book and pay online. The service was awesome and friendly. The only cons was that the water lines busted quite often and had to be repaired in the park and the the internet was weak and unreliable at times. These things was not something that was the parks fault but weather and bad driver related. A stronger internet would be helpful.A minor complaint with the cottage was the wind blew so hard on a regular basis that it causes a banging noise in the ventahood vent. A tweak with a screwdriver may help that noise but overall, this place was very nice and comfy. A nice home away from home... -

We always stay here on our way to & from CO. Easy reservation process, easy in & out, well maintained park. Close to lots of restaurants in west Amarillo. We’ve had to change our reservations and have had no issues doing so. Good place to stay! -

Oasis RV Park in Amarillo is a great place to stay! The location is very safe and only minutes from restaurants. The staff there is fabulous! They do whatever is possible to make your stay enjoyable! They also have been doing wonderful activities for families to enjoy. Unfortunately, we found out my husband has stage 3 lung cancer during our stay with them. Michelle and Sage worked with us to make sure they had a spot for us to stay for two months of treatment. It was their busy time, but some how they made everything work out for us! It was such a relief to not have to worry about our stay and to just focus on the treatments. Every staff member that we came across was so nice and helpful! Do not hesitate to stay there! It’s an amazing place with an amazing staff! Thank you Oasis for helping us through the hardest time in our lives! -

Review 48 (2023-07-31 - Rating: 5)
We love staying at Oasis RV Resort in Amarillo, TX and have done so several times. The property is always clean and the sites are spacious concrete sites During our stay last week we went to the pool for the first time and discovered we have really been missing out. The pool is very clean and is chilled so even though it was 98deg outside the pool made it great. There is also a hot tub, very nice clubhouse and shower houses. During our visit we did notice some weeds that had grown during a recent rain event but crews were there working on cleaning the grass out of the rocky areas between each RV space. If you’re in the area it’s a great place to stop and make sure to get up early to enjoy a cup of coffee outside…it’s wonderful. -

Great place to stop for a day or two. Close to Loves stop for fuel. Easy in, easy out!! Did you know that the second biggest canyon in the country is right here!?!? Yep, you really should check it out. We liked this place so much we are here on our way back east!! They seem to always make a place for us. Windy day, Glad to finally get off that I 40. Nice clean large sites & big rig friendly. Many Amenities. For the rates charged, they should offer trash pickup & escort to site upon checking in, as do other “resort” type RV parks. Easy access to Highway & road noise hardly noticeable. Overall one of my favorites stays so far. -

Were enjoying the stay here even with the terrible WiFi. Sadly seeing some after hours issues that have been attempted to be reported to the posted emergency number unanswered. -
Review 52 (2023-05-08 - Rating: 5)
This is a very nice (and new) park. Although the trees aren’t mature, the sites are large and the concrete pads are level, which is a blessing as you know. I’ve never been in a laundry room with brand new equipment! One thing to consider while in Amarillo is that it is almost always windy (a local grocery store manager said that it may be the windiest city in the US) so don’t count on having the awning out much but the patios are spacious there are nice picnic tables. The staff is friendly and the location on the east side of town is quiet. Lots to do in the city so we will stay again next time we pass through. Highly recommend the BotanicalGardens. -
Review 53 (2023-06-05 - Rating: 4)
Great off the interstate RV park. The pull through site were large and the facilities were clean. The outdoor pool looked nice but it was still closed for the season. They were nice to give me discount because the pool was closed and my kids were disappointed. I personally loved the laundry room. You dont need quarters. Just downloaded a app and put money into it. Even the app will let you know time remaining each wash or dry. Great place to stop here for a day before continue your trip. Also Loves gas station is very close for diesel fill up. -
Review 54 (2023-10-27 - Rating: 5)
It is pricey, but for an RV Park, it had all you could possibly need and was super clean and well kept. Our space was not level at all. Left side of trailer tires completely off ground after auto leveling. I still give 5 stars as its super clean and off the road enough where the traffic noise wasnt too bad. It was super windy, though! -

The office staff are nice. Location is good. No road or train noise. Campground not wooded. Sites are paved and level. The “hangout” space at the site is small pebbles area was nice size. The campground is very clean. Did not use Laundry room. No Ring fire pit. Beautiful plastic picnic table. I did not use the public bathroom/shower. The roads in the campground are ok. Wifi - I used my own.All in all a very nice and clean place. I would come back if in the area. -

This is a great place for an overnight. Clean, spacious and convenient. Cute little Alamo-themed structures and a fun Cadillac Ranch-like sculpture at the entrance featuring an RV. The one drawback… The Internet is really bad. Please do something about it! I’m sure we will be back through here again. -
Review 59 (2023-08-19 - Rating: 5)
We travel quite a bit. I know some of the reviews were like “weeds” are bad. But what I can tell you about our experience is that this is one of the nicest RV spots we’ve stayed at. The btw the space btw sites, enough room to park 2 vehicles with a 40’ rig and room for the pup to have room too was super nice!! The road to this place was not as rough as some said. That said will definitely stay on our return trip through!! -

The best thing about oasis is the clean bathrooms. Janis Branham makes sure they are extremely clean and a pleasure to use. When you have smaller camper restrooms or a heater that went out, it is a great relief to know you can use clean restrooms and the laundry room is very kept up also🙂 -

Easy in, easy out, level sites. Can’t say a bad thing about this property! -
Review 62 (2023-11-06 - Rating: 4)
This was our second stay at this campground: our first visit was during Thanksgiving in 2019 (before I started writing reviews). Other than the new siding on the half-buried RV this park is known for (its very close to Cadillac Ranch), it doesnt seem like much has changed in four years (good or bad). All of the sites in the park have asphalt pads with a concrete center, gravel yards with large stones, and a picnic table bolted down on the concrete. Most of the sites are pull-through sites arranged in several rows, with a row of back-in sites along the eastern and southern edges of the park (mostly occupied by long-term residents). The spacing between the sites is decent for a private campground, making it feel pretty open. Some sites have an adjacent tree but none of those trees have much of a canopy so all sites are open to the sky. Our site (site 17) was fairly level, but we did put a board under the drivers side wheels of the camper. Our power pedestal and water spigot were located together near the center of the site, but the sewer was located at the very front of the site, requiring us to use our sewer hose extension.Three bathhouses with laundry facilities are scattered throughout the campground. The recreation area is in the northeast corner, centered around a community building containing a small workout room and laundry room, bordered by a small hot tub area on one side and a swimming pool on the other. There is also a horseshoe pit and small playground in this corner. There is a propane refill station next to the office, but they dont have anyone on staff who can operate it, so I ended up going to the nearest Tractor Supply 14 minutes away for propane (just as I did back in 2019). They provide cable TV hookups that give you 40+ channels, but on most channels the quality of the video was reminiscent of over-the-air broadcasts during the 1970s and 80s.The campground has one large dog park in the northwest corner of the park, under a tall billboard. The dog park surface is a mix of gravel, dirt, and and grass, and is decently lit at night by the billboard and several solar powered motion-trigger lights. If the dog park is busy, there is a long stretch of grass along the west end of the park with a number of small trees. The first three days of our visit, the bandwidth I was getting on my de-prioritized Verizon hotspot with MIMO antenna was lousy, making it barely usable. But it improved as the week went on: the best speed I saw was 7 Mbps download and 15 up, and I was able to stream video. The AT&T bandwidth on my smartphone was consistently strong: I saw 189 Mbps down and 17 up. I did use the campground WiFi several times when the Verizon bandwidth was bad. Like Verizon, there were times when it worked well and times that it didnt, but when it was working well it was good enough to stream video. -

This is not our first time at this campground and have always enjoyed not only the spacious and comfortable paved sites, but also the office employees who are extremely courteous, friendly and very attentive. We have not used the facilities but if they are reflection of what you see outside, we venture that they must really be clean. Very easy on/off interstate 40. Driving a 41 ft class A MH towing grand Cherokee Jeep. We will definitely return, God willing. Thank you for making our stay in Amarillo a happy time. Until soon. -

The Oasis RV Resort was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. The manager, Michelle, was amazing to work with and very accommodating for us. The cabins are beautiful and clean. I would recommend this place! -

This is an okay stay. It is clean, it has spacious sites and the staff is friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of permanent residents here and they keep their sites well maintained. The fitness room is nice but it looked like they hadnt take out the trash in a few weeks. The pool was already closed and was disappointing. We didnt go to their kitchen area to eat so cant say anything about the food. The sites are level and have nice concrete pads. They do have trees placed by a majority of the sites but where they are placed can make it a challenge to get out if you cant turn wide enough and not hit them with a bigger rig. All in all, it is an okay place. There wasnt anything bad to review about them. I think they are kind of high priced for not being able to use the pool. Lower the price maybe when the pool is not in use. -
Review 68 (2022-06-22 - Rating: 5)
Great for a quick one night stay. Right off the interstate (not too noisy though) with a Loves right on the corner. Nice level spots for quick set up. A small playground & pool, but I wouldn’t recommend staying with active kids more than a night. No shade, but not a big deal for our quick stay. Also got our first night free due to being active military, so no legitimate complaints here! -

This place is awesome. Oasis came recommended by a few of our friends and they lived up to the hype. very accommodating and the property is super clean and well maintained. Quiet and a Prefect location! Sites are large and very level. We had an issue with weather in our travels and they were able to help us stay an extra night. Very courteous staff. We live in Texas and plan to come here often. Highly recommend! -

Clean and spacious campground. People are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and clubhouse are beautiful. I just wished they opened the pool while we stayed there. Temps outside reached 100 degrees. It would have been nice to cool off in the pool. It will be open after Memorial Day. This is the nicest RV park in Amarillo. -

The girls at the office, Nikki and Jocelyn, where so amazing. They left me a sweet, uplifting note and funny Midwestern sticker that just brightened my days, as I am traveling back to WI from AZ due to two broken ankles. The park is very clean and convenient for all your needs. I would definitely stay here again! -
Review 73 (2022-10-27 - Rating: 4)
Were snowbirds traveling to AZ for the winter. This is one of the nicest places weve stayed on our trip south. Cement pads that are level, sites that are roomy and long enough for a class A with a towed vehicle. A nice dog park and pet waste receptacles every other row. There may be more amenities than mentioned, but we came in after dark and left in the a.m. Im rating this a 4, for the price only. -
Review 74 (2022-10-01 - Rating: 5)
This was a quick stop for us but wished we could have stayed longer. Park is beautiful and quiet. It has 192 sites, cottages, storm shelter, fitness room and 3 laundry room. Has pool & spa playground, and within 5 miles to shopping and restaurants. The staff were nice! We will definitely return. -
Review 75 (2021-06-16 - Rating: 5)
Very nice, clean property. I saw people always around cleaning up. The pool and playground duo are a winning combo, especially during hot summer days. Big bonus about the pool (besides the big size), we loved that it didn’t smell heavily chlorinated and the public bathrooms and showers were very clean. We didn’t get to use the large nice propane grills by the pools but we hope to use it next time. We will def stop by again when we pass through Amarillo. One more thing, all the families we met on the grounds were nice and high class. -

Stayed for one night, but could have stayed for many more. The sites are large and beautifully upkept. The game room was great, large pool, lots of space to walk around etc. The bathrooms were super clean and private. The team here takes pride in their park, and it shows. -

Review 80 (2019-04-27 - Rating: 5)
I really like staying in this park. It was extremely easy to navigate. I didnt have any trouble finding my spot. The shower house was clean and had good pressure. I was there during a winter freeze and the office store had everything I needed that I didnt have in my camper. The office folks were super nice. I needed propane and they made it so easy to get my tanks filled. I have never been to a place where you pull up and they take the tanks off, and put them back when they are done. SO NICE!I would stay here again. -

Stayed here in our RV last year and loved it. Great shower/bathroom houses and spacious/paved sites. On our latest visit, we stayed in a cottage and it was great also. Very clean and for a little cabin, there was lots of room to spread out. The shower did run a bit cold but the shower houses (and unlimited hot water) were super close. -

Our only choice to stay when coming through Amarillo. Have stayed here 4 times in the last year. Nothing but great things to say. Last trip was less than desired as our brand new truck broke down, thankfully after we arrived. Thanksgiving week. These guys made all accommodations to extend our stay, day by day as we did not know the repair schedule. Awesome facilities came in handy and were much appreciated during our unplanned extended stay. Folks were so nice and understanding. Met some of the nicest folks while staying there. Will always check this place first when coming through the area. Thank you so much for being our family in Amarillo and turning what could have been a miserable experience into a memorable one! -

We have been here for 4 days with two more left before we leave. EXCELLENT facilities. Parking is very nice on concrete pads the are clean and level. Plenty of room to stretch out. Great dog area, bathroom /shower are clean and well maintained. We hit some cold weather this November but water was no issue with heat tape. We will return. -

Large RV park. 3 types of sites available. Our big rig fit with room to spare, wide enough for all slides & walk around room. Office staff friendly & helpful. Minimal traffic noise from I-40. -
Review 85 (2021-06-10 - Rating: 5)
This is a great RV Park. The place is immaculate. The pads are concrete and level. The roads are easy to maneuver. No problems with the utilities. I give 5 stars for the staff keeping the dog poop receptacles emptied on a daily basis. There is a lovely pool, two whirlpools, and a great work out room. The bath houses are glistening and look like missions. They do double duty as storm shelters. Its right down the road from the Cadillac Ranch and an easy drive to Amarillo. The check in building has supplies , souvenirs, and offers chicken wings and pizza. For a resort, it is very reasonable at about 50 bucks a night. Two thumbs up, and we will return when in the area. -
Review 86 (2021-11-29 - Rating: 5)
We stopped here on our way West from Dallas. The place was big, much bigger than all the RV parks in which we stayed on our trip. The sites were level and well spaced out. It was far enough away from the freeway that it was quiet at night, but close enough that we didnt have to drive too far from the highway. There was a nice dog run for pets. The folks at the front desk were friendly. I would definitely stay there again if we go via Amarillo. -
Review 87 (2021-07-23 - Rating: 5)
Overall great experience and I wish we would have stayed for longer than one night. As soon as we pulled in you could see how well maintained the park was and that the employees take great pride in what they do. Plenty of space to park the RV while heading into the office to get registered, the check in process was the quickest I have experienced and we travel a lot. Once we got parked the maintenance staff stopped over to make sure we were good for the stay. The staff answered all the crazy questions that I came up with and explained the park and the surrounding area really well. I will stay again if I ever find myself in the area again. -
Review 88 (2022-11-01 - Rating: 5)
This is a well kept and run RV resort. The parking pads are stout poured concrete and the drives are all paved asphalt. The spaces between RV sites are graveled. There are plenty of easy pull through sites with ample room to extend slide outs without encroaching on fellow RVers. The full hookups are well located with 20, 30, & 50 amp connections at every site. There is a fenced dog park and well placed dog poo stations around the perimeter of the resort and in the dog park. The guests that are attracted to the resort are friendly and sociable. The staff are friendly and courteous. The swimming pool, gym center, bathhouses, club house available for groups, cabins, LP gas sales and store are all great pluses. Because of the excellent groundskeeping there is ample grass surrounding the resort. The added benefit of this is when the ever present Texas Panhandle winds gale, there is not dust and grit in everything, or mud when the rare rains come through, common problems I have encountered at other RV parks in the Amarillo area. Access from I-40 west of Amarillo is excellent with a Loves Truck stop near the resort to fill up your rig before hitting the road. There are now (as of my Oct. 30 to Nov. 2, 2022 stay) all working washers and driers in all the laundry facilities, operated by phone pay app (no more stuck quarters).Ownership has changed (Roberts Oasis RV Resort as of July 2022) but the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff has stayed on with their ever vigilant upkeep of the property. -
Review 89 (2022-09-18 - Rating: 5)
Nice resort. The spaces are generous. Paved. Full hookups. The park is clean. The spots are mostly pull through. The pool and hot tubs are nice also. From the resort you are a short drive to 40 and you can be anywhere in town within 20 minutes. We went to the Palo Duro Canyon. 35 minutes there is well worth the drive. We will be back here in our way through. -
Review 90 (2021-09-03 - Rating: 5)
We have been traveling with friends for almost 2 months and this is one of the top two places we have stayed. We loved the large concrete pads with plenty of room to pull our 40 ft Dutch Star in with our tow vehicle The resort was immaculate. We don’t use shower and laundry facilities but it looksLike there are plenty of them throughout the park. We would definately recommend Oasis and will stay here again when in the area. -

We are on our way to Missouri and really needed a night NOT at a truck stop with our RV. Thankfully, Oasis had a spot available for overnight.I was so impressed with the amenities! We all needed a continuous hot shower and the bathrooms here are private, with a shower, clean and safe! The dog had a run to do his business and full hookups to run the AC,yes! There are many other amenities we didnt need because it was just an overnight stay but those are also in fantastic shape.Great places for families, retirees and fur babies. -

Very nice park. Large concrete pads. Pull through level sites. Fenced in dog run. Play area for kids. Has a pool and an adult only spa area with hot tub and grill. Didnt use their bathroom facilities, but they looked nice. Several bath/shower rooms around the park. They laundry facility was nice. I didnt use it but I did check it out. We were having Truck trouble and the folks in the office were helpful. They also were very accommodating with extending our stay. Slightly less than $40/night with the good Sam discount. We will definitely stay here again on our way across the country. -

Why can’t more RV parks utilize this type of check in ! Genius. All done online. No office visit. We drove right to our site! What a nice stop on our way home from a 20 day trip. The park is incredibly well kept. Quiet so far, I’m sitting in my van now at 4:00 on a Saturday and not a sound. Husband took a shower and said they were real nice. I’m so glad we stopped here, we hope to make it a regular stop now that we limit our driving to 5/6 hours a day and we live in the Fort Worth area.Thank you Oasis!Cell service is awesome and so is WiFi, I know that’s shocking, but it’s true ! -

First thing - ONLY reason we gave it a 4 star was because of the bad Wi-Fi signal. (We were in site 35 so maybe closer to office would be better)? This was a beautiful RV park. The spaces were on cement pads with great newer electrical boxes. Not too close to your neighbour! There is a beautiful pool area and hot tub but it wasn’t open for the season yet. They have a great games area in their clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, basketball hoop game, books and other games. A great seating area with a TV as well. There is a playground with lots of room for kids to run and play! The fitness room could use some TLC, the floor was dirty and full of debris - not sure if it was due to the wind storm the day before. There are several washroom buildings throughout the park with washer and dryers at a very reasonable price!Lots of area to take your dogs for a bathroom break, please be respectful if the No Dog areas especially by the clubhouse where kids play and people may be walking in bare feet!Nice little store in the office and friendly staff! We will be back if we are in the area again! -

Great place for an overnight stop on our way to/from Colorado. We have been here on 3 separate trips now. Helpful lady took my booking over the phone each time. Clean bathrooms (great showers with hot water and good pressure). Level concrete sites with easy access to power and good WiFi. Community room for fun relaxing after a long drive. Definitely on our list to stay again. -

We stayed in one of the cottages over the 4th of July. It was clean and had everything you could ask for. The new GM, Michelle made us feel so welcome. It was one of the best 4th of July parties Ive experienced in years. We had great food, amazing contest events, wonderful decorations and a great DJ. We will definitely book for the 4th of July in 2024. -

We are staying only one night but the people have been friendly and helpful. Nice level, paved pull-through spots each with a picnic table. Several conveniently located clean restrooms, each with a small laundry room. There is also a pool which is closed for the season but the hot tub is open. They even have a game room with tv, a playground, and a clubhouse. Overall it is very nice. -

By far the nicest park we have ever stayed at. All the facilities added luxury to them. The utilities were very easy to hook up too. We loved the pizza place after traveling all day. We will definitely stay there again. We travel from South Texas so it was the perfect stopping point and then starting point to anywhere Thanks -

This was a very pleasant park. We had been traveling all day and was still not sure where we planned to stop for the night. I call Oasis RV Resort, thinking thy would probably be sold out. Was pleasantly surprised they had a site. Our site was right next to the restrooms, but was just grateful to stop for the night. Surprisingly the park was very quite and we were not disturbed any throughout the night. The dog park was an added bonus since our dog had been in our truck all day. Hope to visit again. -

The wind turbines all along the highway to this lovely oasis should tell you its extremely windy. We were there in mid- June so the windy conditions were a blessing. We only stayed long enough to shower and sleep. It was beautiful with many amenities we are unaware of. -
Review 104 (2023-06-10 - Rating: 5)
Just remember... You get what you pay for. The road is paved to your site. Youll have a concrete slab when you get there with a picnic table. Clean public restrooms that seems to be very well maintained and they double as a storm shelter. Cabins if you want them. Every site seems to be pull through. Electric included with rent. Clubhouse, gameroom, pool. Now the bad. WiFi, TV reception. Enough said.... -

From check in to check out we were very happy with the Oasis RV Resort. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The concrete pads were great (especially for folks like us without any leveling devices) as were the pull through sites. Bathrooms and laundry rooms were clean and plentiful. Easy access from the highway, yet quiet and restful. We would definitely stay here again. -

Super clean facility! Clean and comfortable showers and laundry. Easy pull in and pull out with our 35 ft bumper pull. There area around Amarillo is a breezy place so be ready for a light to strong breeze. The Park is a little ways away from the freeway and gas station. I’d recommend to anybody looking for a well developed park. -

We just stayed at this Resort, 1/26/20. It is so nice to pull into a place after a long day of travel that meets all expectations. A very nice, well kept (clean), welcoming and attractive RV resort. There were no permanent residents which is what we like we like. We made our reservation on line and everything went well. Will definitely stay here again! -

Review 110 (2023-06-09 - Rating: 4)
Oasis RV is a good overnight stopover. It’s close to I-40 and the sites are clean and level. The utilities are situated toward the front of the pull thru sites making it necessary to pull the tow vehicle forward into the street or use an extended hose if you need to access the sewer. Depending on the wind direction there is an odor of mud/manure. The laundry machines are clean and work on an app so you don’t need to deal with change. There are stores close by and Palo Duro Canyon is about 30 or so minute away. -

We loved staying the night at Oasis! The park is easy to maneuver for a 40ft 5th wheel and well maintained. It is also far enough to off the road to avoid any traffic noise. We really appreciated thoughtful touches like the large, grassed dog area. The bath houses are very well kept and clean. The staff are courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend for RVers! -
Review 112 (2019-10-09 - Rating: 4)
This was the best park weve been in during our 4,500 mi trip. It was all paved and level sites. Each site was wide and had new picnic tables. It was easy in and out off of 40. The staff was very friendly. We didnt use amenities. The only drawback was the terrible smell from the cattle facility due west. I hope it was the time of year (Oct 8) and not all the time. We couldnt keep our windows open. Very windy. -

Review 116 (2018-08-30 - Rating: 4)
This is an extremely nice RV park, with well manicured landscaping, large paved sites, exercise room, large pool, adult hot tub as well a family one. Unfortunately the adult hot tub was not working on this visit. Both hot tubs need maintenance. Only one jet was working on the adult hot tub. The family hot tub is missing several tiles and the jets need to be adjusted and it was barely warm. Having said that its probably one of the nicest parks where we have stayed. The staff are personable and friendly. Negative is that if the wind blows the right way you smell neighboring cow manure. My only advice is dont order the pizza!!! The crust is like card board and ingredients did not taste fresh. To top it off they left off two of the ingredients on one half of the pizza. I was told by one of the ladies at the front desk that they were really great and they were ordered frequently. Dont waste your money! A frozen pizza is better:( We will stay here again. I just believe in being completely honest in my review! -

A very nice top notch RV park. We stayed one night in September on our way out west and again in October for 2 nights on our way home. Very clean, good level sights, easy hook up, etc. You were experiencing problems with the wi-fi but it worked good. The only con we have was the dog walk area had not been cleaned up. Unfortunately there are irresponsible pet owners which make it harder on those of us who walk our dogs and do not appreciate having to watch where we are walking.A bonus was the pizza which was excellent (both visits). We would not hesitate to stop here again.Would like to add that we just spent 3 days with you and the park is as nice as it was when we were there 5 years ago. You are one of the rare parks that require the full time residents sites be maintained and look clean and nice. -

Very sweet and professional ladies running office! Loved location off I40 w space, no noise. Nice cool pool! Enjoyed game room w family! Only two areas for improvement is to contract w ice company so bags stronger 😒 I also suggest having ground keeper unlock laundry n fitness center before 10:00 am as an early riser I can get my fitness in while doing a load of laundry before check out at 11:00! Looking forward to staying here again as my husband and I are moving towards full time RV life. -

This park is very nice. It has everything you may want. Great level sides, picnic bench, full hook ups incl. Cable TV. Clubhouse, Gym, Pool (in the summer) and Hottub. Plus its pet friendly including a little off leash area.My only complaint would be that the restroom/ shower rooms are not heated. :-( Very surprising to me for a RV Resort of this class. It was a cold, windy day when I arrived. After setting up I was frozen, but didnt dare to take a shower in the cold shower room. The hottub was also not super hot. So, 4 and half stars based on that. But for sure a great resort to stay a night or more 😊👍 -
Review 127 (2020-10-20 - Rating: 4)
I thought it was pricey, $10 to $15 more than any place that we have stayed at in 3 weeks. But it was only a dollar to wash and a dollar to dry laundry which was a good price. The bathrooms were clean. It was a pretty quiet place until morning when the locals started going to work. They also gave us a late check-out. So that was nice too. So overall it was a good place to stop. -
Review 128 (2018-05-31 - Rating: 4)
Nice, clean park. We only stopped for the night so we didn’t get to use most of their amenities but we’ll definitely stay there if we pass through Amarillo again. The only downside is the dog run. Half of it didn’t have grass and the grass that was there was overgrown, which isn’t ideal for dachshunds. I suspect that’s why many guests didn’t pick up after their pets. -

We stayed at Oasis RV Resort for four nights in November 2016. It is a great RV park! Very friendly staff! A store on site! Clean park, great dog run and great facilities. A nice spot just off the I-40. The restrooms, showers and laundry were very clean and pleasant. Laundry equipment was newer and very reasonably priced. We even went on to stay at their sister RV park in Gallup, NM. We will definitely stay again on our next trip west. -

Fantastic spot! We stayed one night on our cross country trip. The spots were level. The restrooms were clean and well lit. The only issue we had was we arrived after check-in and didn’t know the code for the restrooms or Wi-Fi password. Consider adding these to the confirmation email for late arrivals. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again -

Nice long level sites with easy on/off I-40, with minimal Highway noise. Great pool area & clean facilities. Friendly staff. 2 downsides.1. WiFi sucks & now you have implemented a WiFi required App to run washers & dryers. Have to go outside of laundry to use App to use equipment. Fix the WiFi.2. Meals are available, but only till 5pm. Who wants to eat @ 5pmApart from that, a great RV resort. -

We sent an email while on the road requesting info about the park and recd immediate response. We knew we easily could be past check-in time and were provided with a choice of sites that absolutely suited our needs. The resort was truly an Oasis for us after a very long drive. Wonderful facilities, amazing shower/restrooms, spotless park, all for a very reasonable price. Morning checkout was a breeze, super friendly and helpful. Well definitely stop here again, even thinking of making it a couple of day rest break next year on our trek from California to Ontario, Canada. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times in July. We were experiencing mechanical trouble with our truck. The staff was really helpful with local knowledge of several businesses we might need to use. Absolutely a top notch park with high standards. They will definitely be a scheduled stay for us in the future. Thanks again for your hospitality.Wilson A -

The campground was clean, and visibly well maintained. Private showers were clean and a welcome sight after a long day on the road. Staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. The pool had just opened for the summer and is next to a nice new playground which made it perfect for the whole family. Took a free limo to a local steakhouse, walked to Cadillac Ranch, really enjoyed our 2 night stay! Who knew Amarillo could be so much fun!? Already looking forward to stopping here again next time we are passing through. -

This review is from a different perspective. My wife and I stayed at oasis RV park for 6 months. It is clean and kept clean. The pads are large and easy to access. The staff are friendly and always willing to give advice. If something needs repair, it is repaired right away, not left untill someone feels like doing the work. The store is well stocked and clean.THE restrooms and laundry facilities are the best of any park where we have stayed. The only reason I give them 5 stars is because I cannot give them 6. -

We had a great stay at Oasis RV Resort. Most people at the part were very friendly and the park its self was very nice. It was paved, clean and had all the hook-ups working. It had a very nice pool although we did not use it along with a weight room and playroom. We find that some people do not want to take care of their animals waste even with all the signs and equipment right at their fingertips. The park has all the required facilities for our furry friends and promote a clean and safe environment. -

If I had to sum it all up…. My children had the time of their life here. Concrete padding wide enough for the slide out and for the kids to ride their scooters and They enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. -
Review 139 (2022-04-23 - Rating: 5)
We have been here three times and love it. Large concrete pads and FHU pull through makes it a winner as we have a 45ft rig. Each site has a picnic table too. The amenities are nice too, although we have not used them. -

UPDATE:1 YEAR LATERWe stayed last evening and the weather was beautiful and ZERO mosquitoes! It was a very pleasant return stay! Thank you Oasis! The RenfrowsVery friendly service, very clean park, very relaxing atmosphere. The ONLY reason we cant give them a 5 star is the mosquitoes were UNBEARABLE without bug spray. They were just awful. That is the most mosquitoes I have ever seen in my life. Otherwise this was a very nice and clean place to stay. -

We stay overnight for the first time. Nice new park easy on & off I-40. Nice pull throughs. Still cool weather first part of April so didnt get to check out the pool or hot tub. Quite a few pot holes that need to be fixing but that being said we would stay again I cool weather because the trees are still small! -

We have stayed at Oasis RV Resort many times. The sites are always clean, spacious, level, and convenient. The staff is the greatest. We love the pools, too. The restrooms are sparkling clean and very private. They double as storm shelters, too. The laundry is nice and very handy. This place offers a very good value. -

My husband and I arrived after office hours (6:00 PM). Because we called ahead, our site assignment was posted on the door. It was super easy to navigate to and very clean! They have concrete pads and easy hookups. The price was amazing. The showers and laundry were very well maintained. When I went to the office to check out in the morning, Jean greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. THEY EVEN HAD FREE ORGANIC COFFEE AVAILABLE! Anytime were heading this way, well be staying here! -

Despite the fact that I stayed here during January, the place was still awesome. The set up is well organized and efficient. Late arrivals can still get locations with ease, using the late check-in box. The club house wont be open until the spring but it looked like a lot of fun. The bathrooms are spotless, each with an individual shower, toilet, and sink area. -

We stayed at Oasis in late May. What a beautiful park! HUGE pull-through sites which are well-maintained along with nice common areas and pools. Individual bathrooms which double as shelters during spring storms (which we experienced!) were clean and well-stocked. Large, grassy dog park! Will definitely be back if we come back through the area! -

After a scheduled visit here, our truck broke down twice while leaving Amarillo. We had to be towed back to Oasis. The staff were SO friendly and helpful! I appreciate Dawn and Jocelyn, who were great! The park has huge, level, all concrete pads. It’s also really close to Cadillac Ranch. -

Very nice resort facilities are clean beware of direction of wind. mostly good campers except those rude rvers with diesels that seem to have to warm their engines for 30 minutes in morning when outside temp is 70 degrees. a bit of hwy noise. sams is just down the road for convenience and good restaurants within 5 miles. -
Review 148 (2017-04-27 - Rating: 5)
Easy in and out. Hookups are well placed. Plenty of space for big rigs. Management has really done a great job of getting this resort shaped up. We have stayed here several times but on our most recent stay, we could really see a nice improvement. Staff very friendly. -

We stayed at Oasis heading East last year & again on our way out West. Great park! Clean, nice pool area, plenty of room for pets with a dog run. We’ll stay here anytime going through Amarillo. Definitely recommend. -

We stayed one night and thought the park was very very nice. The staff was excellent and the whole park was very clean. Plenty of bathrooms, showers, and laundry. Very near Cadillac Ranch. I thought it was so cute because the park had a small RV planted in the ground at an angle, just like the cars at Cadillac Ranch. We would definitely stay here again! -

We spent the night traveling through Amarillo. The RV sites were big and well maintained. It was far enough from the highway so the noise was not an issue. There was a Loves Fuel station on the corner which was nice. I didnt use the amenities but they did look well maintained. -
Review 152 (2017-01-31 - Rating: 5)
We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. The sites were pull through and very level. It is easy on and off the interstate but you dont hear noise. The dog area was a large grassy spacious area. The park was extremely clean and the bathrooms were spotless! -

Review 154 (2015-12-04 - Rating: 4)
We were there for two days and enjoyed the pull through site on our trip to Santa Fe, NM. The concrete pad was level, the sites were long, clean and the hook ups were convenient. The roads were easily maneuverable in our big rig and tow vehicle. They well prepared their water lines for freezing weather including plenty of insulation and heated lines. I read a review regarding the lack of green in the landscaping and was just thinking I did not see much green in the entire trip headed West except where cattle ranches planted oats or other feed substance. In light of that I would say the landscaping was complete appropriate to the area. The landscape did not improve during the remaining trip until we returned to Texas in the southern region. Great rest stop!!! -

This park is an excellent place to bring your RV and stay. Very wide spots, clean, quiet, close to town, many pull throughs for big rigs. Helpful staff and safe area, complete with a pool. They have a guy who comes in to wash you RV/vehicle, super cheap and great. -
Review 156 (2016-08-04 - Rating: 5)
Only stayed one night, but it proved to be the finest park we stayed at in the two weeks we were traveling. The spaces are level, roomy, paved, and clean. The utility connections were easy to use and clean as well. The entire park was very well maintained and the staff was very helpful. I would highly encourage anyone stopping in Amarillo stay there. -

Great RV park that is very well maintained and very clean. It has several laundry rooms so you are never very far. The people that work here are fantastic.I didnt realize it was so cold in northwest Texas but if I had to deal with cold at least I had a great park to enjoy it in.... -

We stayed here for 3 nights in October 2016. Only planned on 1, but there were heavy storms moving through Oklahoma City. So glad we chose Oasis. It was super clean, the folks in the office were great to deal with, the bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was relaxing! Got to explore a bit of Amarillo, too. Highly recommend this park. -

We visited this past Easter and had a surprise of 4 inches of snow but the park is fantastic. The staff was friendly the campsites were spacious and it had a very nice dog park which we look for in every park. In fact on our way back through from California we stopped again and Im sure it wont be the last time. Well worth the visit. -

Excellent facilities. Clean, quiet, spacious and right near everything! Will NEVER camp anywhere else. Sites are level, full hook ups, hot tubs and pool are gorgeous and clean. Bath houses are clean and private and the staff is always friendly and helpful! I come through every 3 months and have NEVER had a bad stay. Place has been here several years but looks brand new! Better than 5 stars and no, I am not related to the owners nor have I been paid to say this lol! -

We are still here as of May 22, 2022. We arrived on May 1st and in the evening were treated to a hail storm the likes of which I have never seen. My motorhome and car were both heavily damaged, the car worse with broken windows. I was to be here for only 2 nights but explained my problems to the people in the office who extended my stay. I got my motorhome and car in for repairs and again the people in the office came through for me with a cottage which I had to extend the stay on a few times. I am back in the motorhome on a site again while I wait for my car to be done. Again, the people here at Oasis accommodated my needs. The campground is clean and well maintained and the people in the office are fabulous as is everyone that I have encountered that work here. Sites are paved and level, with good hookups. Their pull troughs are plentiful and long enough to allow for over 40 foot motorhomes with a toad. I have not enjoyed having to change all of our travel plans, but this campground has done well to allow for my flexible needs. -

So glad to reach this oasis in the desert on our way from AZ to Missouri. Super easy to find (off exit 60 west of Amarillo) and even easier to park once we were there. We got a pull-through spot so did not even have to unhook our vehicle from the rig. Park was very clean. Good roads everywhere and plenty of room at each spot. Lots of grass to walk the dog. Staff was very friendly on the phone and once we arrived. My only complaint is in some of the people that use the fenced dog area...(rant to follow) PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!!!!! I do NOT expect the management to do this. Picking up dog poop is the responsibility of the owner. A can and scooper were provided by the park. The fenced area had nice thick grass and a good amount of space to run my dog but I did NOT enjoy stepping in dog poop or having to make sure my dog did not find and eat poop from another dog. Seriously...dog owners...take care of your own dogs stuff so everyone can enjoy a nice place! (end of rant). Back to the park...very neat place. Would stay here again. -

Very nice park about 6 miles west of Amarillo. Easy I40 off and on. Wide spaces and cement pads. Very clean and well kept. Nice clean restrooms. I would have given 5 stars but internet needs to be improved, otherwise, no complaints. We will stay here again and camped in a travel trailer. -
Review 164 (2021-08-19 - Rating: 5)
Nice park with level pads and picnic tables. Not much privacy. Great off leash dog area. We only overnighted there but could easily come for a longer visit. Its a shame that although these park owners make it very nice for pet owners with several pet waste stations including bags but yet people are disrespectful and do not pick up after their pet in the greenbelt areas. The dog park is very picked up. -

This is a great RV Resort! We have stayed here several times and always find it to be a wonderful Oasis (no pun intended). Our visits are limited to one night, as we are always on the go, but this is a place where we could stay for weeks if we had time. The amenities are 1st class and the staff is delightful. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Everything, on-site, works as advertised. Will always take the opportunity to stop in when we are in the area. -

This campground is the best place to be. The staff is so accommodating and friendly . Everything is immaculate and clean. We’re from Florida and make a trip out west every year and the Oasis campground is a must stay on our list to stop. So close to Palo Duro Canyon State park, a must see!!! So thank you to the staff for making our stay, with so many amenities, so great 🤩 -

Stayed for one night only on our way home from Kansas. Very nice, clean park, great staff in the office. Great to be able to get pizza and wings without having to drive and search for a restaurant. Also very nice of the owners to provide grassy ares for dogs, our boys enjoyed them!If were ever in Amarillo again, well be sure to stay there again. -

We were traveling back to Illinois and had to get off the highway because of the wind. That being said ,we couldnt pass up the Oasis RV Resort. This is one of the best RV campgrounds i have ever used. All of the sites are concrete pads, the park roads are asphalt, and the towers for electric- water- cable are top notch. The showers and bathroom are by far the best. I never miss a chance to stop here. Besides only 7 miles to Amarillo.
