Brian and his team are absolutely incredible. They are always proactive in making sure each time our insurance renews that we have the best rate possible. The communication is easy and quick and I never have to worry. They walk you through every step and we couldn’t recommend then enough!

We have been doing business with Brian Johnsons office for several years and plan to for several more. They have insured my last few homes, rental properties, several (too many) automobiles, motorcycles and a travel trailer.The staff is very responsive and send new policy options to us regularly that could save us money or offer additional protection. I shop them every few years and they are always very competitive. I highly recommend them!

Michelle has proven to be one of the best agents Ive dealt with and I have not plans to search insurance any time soon, this office has me covered. Ive been bouncing around for a while and there are so many Insurance Brokers that simply dont care and have no professional interest in their clients so the apparent savings end up costing more down the road. Michelle genuinely cares about her customers and is very thorough in her work along with followups. Very refreshing to find there are still true professionals out there!

Over the years she has helped us with our vehicle, home owners and umbrella policies. We remain with TWFG not because of the inconvenience of changing an agent and what that might entail but because they always are looking out for you.
