Updated: Once we got past what appears to be an e-mail glitch, I found that McCorkle seems to be a very good agency to work with. Ultimately, they werent able to find a rate and deductible combination that beats the quote I received from another agency, but McCorkle put in a great effort to find rates worth examining. The next time I have to shop for insurance, Ill definitely drop them a line and see what they come up with. Lesson learned: if you dont receive a response to your first e-mail, send a courtesy follow-up to see if they really are ignoring you. Then, unleash the 1-star reviews.I originally posted that they were unresponsive to an email inquiry, but I got a very apologetic response that they couldnt find any record of my initial request. Perhaps an email system glitch. Im giving them the benefit of the doubt.
