Sonny came out very quickly to fix our dishwasher, identified the problem, located a source for the part. Unfortunately, it was going to take a week so he fixed up a workaround for us. Very nice, understanding and practical. I highly recommend him and will use him for all future fix-it projects.

I usually perform my own maintenance & repairs whenever possible, but when Im out of my comfort zone on a project I call in an experienced pro like Jeff. Called Sonnys Son, Jeff, on a Sunday morning regarding my water heater expansion tank that had sprung a leak at the charge valve (bad tank). Jeff quoted me a fair price over the phone. Since I wasnt going to be home until late in the evening, he came by around 10p (On A Sunday) He made sure the tank was properly pressurized, the water heater was running properly, and most importantly, NO LEAKS while imparting useful tips for me on proper plumbing maintenance. He even replaced a failed hot water valve to the washing machine while he was there at no extra cost.Jeff was communicative, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, & fair. All boxes ✅ No matter the task he accepts, he wont call a job DONE until youre happy & smiling.Thank you for demonstrating true workmanship & customer service, Jeff!! Ill be in touch for my next harrowing project!
