Ive used Patricks services twice now and have been completely satisfied with both jobs. He is polite and professional and ensures you are happy with the outcome of his work. Patrick fixed a malfunctioning dishwasher for me and also assembled a solid wood Murphy Desk bed which was not a trivial task. I will continue to call Patrick for handyman work thats out of my comfort zone. I would highly recommend his services.

Patrick was very quick to respond and was at our house within a few days of reaching out. We just moved into a new house and wanted to update some of the faucets and door knobs/locks, in addition to installing a new garbage disposal. Patrick was friendly and did great work at a very reasonable price.

Just recently Pat repaired our older Kenmore oven, ordering the part and installing it; he replaced our mailbox with a locking mailbox, welding it into place; he has installed and set up security cameras; leveled and caulked the kitchen sink and other jobs around the house. He is up front with his ability to perform the requested task, yet his talents, knowledge, and skills are so varied and have helped us immensely. My wife, Kay, and I highly recommend R. Patrick repaired the wiring on an amateur-made lighted art piece that was hanging in my house and I cant say enough good about him and his work. The fix wasnt immediately obvious and he did not give up until all options were exhausted. He responded right away to my request, was communicative, professional, and right on time. Hes also personable and kind and I felt very comfortable having him working in my home. Highly recommend and I plan to call on Patrick for my future handyman needs.

Patrick is an outstanding handyman. He has been doing all of our home repairs for many years including fixing and cleaning faucets, replacing fire alarms, installing light fixtures and ceiling fans, repairing walls and anything else we need. We also own a commercial gym and Patrick fixes all of our heavy machines and keeps everything working perfectly, including our complicated air compressor machines. The most common saying at our home and office is, “What would we ever do without Patrick?!” My favorite thing about Patrick is his ability to problem solve. We seem to always have machines with serious complications and he is truly a modern day MacGyver - always finding a creative solution. Patrick has also become a personal friend over the years and I can promise he is honest, trustworthy and has the upmost professional integrity. He will treat you like family. And he is the absolute best with elderly folks - he is kind and caring - so if you have older parents or relatives and you need someone you can trust to help them out - Patrick is your man!

Patrick was great! He replaced my toilet and the connecting water valve. Patrick has great stories and is incredibly personable and professional. He has a range of talents and I don’t think the pictures of his work do him justice.

Over 4 years ago, I first used R. Patrick Carroll III Services on a commercial project with my company, that required a large amount of general carpentry with a fast-pace deadline to complete. Patricks work, not only met my expectations, but exceeded them, and completed his scope well before the deadline. Patrick has work on multiple commercial projects for me since, but most recently, he has worked on numerous occasions at my residence, and every time I can count on his great work and professionalism.I will continue to seek his services when needed, and would recommend him to anyone seeking his services.

This man is amazing ! The pre check list on this review did not begin to cover all of the work/ repairs he has done for my family and I. He is very personable and understanding of your needs and knowledged in everything from A to Z. Not much that he cant fix or make better. He installed my security system for me recently and wow ! Better than I expected. Also repaired some furniture I thought was unrepairable. And built this cute and functional little table for my sitting area. He also repaired plumbing issues I had , installed and wired full stereo system and alot more that is too lengthy to list. I highly highly reccomend Patrick for any of your home repairs, etc. The most trustworthy Ive found yet

Huge thank you to Patrick for coming to rescue me at the last minute. Also saved me hundreds possibly even thousands in potential repair bills when he noticed something that several other workman had over looked. I CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH. He was on time, efficient, and great explaining what he was doing and why. His prices were fair. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. But by far worth every penny.. I highly recommend Patrick and will definitely use him again in the future!!!
