In addition to that, Paul also took a look in out Dryer vent system, and cleaned it up in a matter of minutes. We had our dryer vent and chimney cleaned out and they were fast, courteous and professional. The original installation of our dryer was not done properly by Lowe’s, so they correctly reinstalled the dryer hose with a clamp and shortened it so it wasn’t smashed. They could have easily left it as it was and I would have been none the wiser, but I appreciated the above and beyond service. They cleaned up quickly and efficiently and we will definitely be using them in the future for other maintenance and recommending them as well.

They were there for a chimney cleaning but informed us of extra services they thought needed done on our dryer vents. They kept their appointment, showed up on time, and completed the work in a timely manner better than expected and better quality than the original work. Our actual invoice was slightly higher than the original quote, however, the price of lumber has been on a dramatic incline and our project required two solid cedar posts. That being said, I was not shocked lol. I am so thankful to have finally found a quality handyman! We have been on the hunt for years! Would 100% recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

Paul is a great communicator and worked to make a time to fit my schedule. He confirmed the day before our appointment, and let me know when he was on his way the day of the appointment. Paul serviced my AC unit thoroughly, cleaning the evaporator coils, changing the capacitor that was swollen and about to fail, and finding/ repairing a referigerant leak in the unit. Paul did not mind explaining every step so I could gain a better understanding of the system and to better maintain the system to increase the lifespan. I also asked Paul about other concerns and he was able to tell me what repairs were necessary and what modifications were not. This gave me confidence that he is not selling me unnecessary projects and operates with integrity. I appreciate his work and highly recommend him.

My 9 year old water heater started going out, shower water wasn’t staying warm throughout the entire shower and would get cold so instead of replacing the entire water heater Paul came flushed/drained it out and rebuilt the water heater with a new water heater kit, new water heater elements and thermostats. He worked his butt off and was very professional and reasonably priced! Can’t wait to use him for AC tune ups, and all kinds repairs and fixes that my 9 year old home will need in the coming future!

I contracted PJP for vent cleaning. I’m so glad I contacted Pablo because my dryer vent coil that goes into attic and out of the roof was just sitting in my attic leaving a big hole from the outside into my attic causing all the lint to blow into the attic. The exterminator had come out various times because I randomly had flies in my home and couldn’t find the source, but they failed to inform me of the vent being an issue. Pablo not only cleaned my vents, he repaired the vent coil and secured it so it wouldn’t fall anymore. He also educated me and gave me advice on my AC. I will definitely be contacting Pablo for repairs in my home to include AC servicing.

First off, in this time of concern of using safety protocols and being compliant, the above company wins FIVE STARS in my book. Today, their representative that came to our Home to do business, he wore his appropriate mask, practiced social distancing and was very polite, professional and friendly. We had some things in need of repair from a skilled carpenter, which is what we found with PJP Handymans Services. First, I was impressed with the 186 Positive Reviews on their earning Top Handyman Service in San Antonio on Google. Furthermore, it was very comforting to have the owner, Paul get back to me minutes after I sent him text messages, wow, very good customer service. As soon as I was available, hours after I said there was an opening in my schedule, Victor Fernandes, one of his talented carpenters was on my doorstep. He even came an hour earlier than scheduled to take measurements to have time to buy supplies to complete the job on time. We had a broken support on our master bed which needed to be replaced. Victor did that and he added another board that we didnt ask for to support the joint in the supporting board he just fixed. He tightened all of the screws on the bed. And we placed the box spring and heavy queen mattress back in place. We had a messed up gate latch that needed to be repaired. For a very minimal fee he rebuilt that making it like new. We highly recommend PJP Handyman Services. And I personally recommend Victor Fernandes if you have carpentry needs. Victor told me they also work on fences and the owner Paul does much of their air conditioning work.

The only drawback was when I called early that morning to confirm our 11a-1p appointment they did not have us scheduled. But Paul, the owner, apologized and did his best to squeeze us in a bit later that afternoon. It all worked out for us and would not be a reason for me to not use him again. (Another reason I was impressed with Victor, in spite of having a long drive from Adkins to get to us in Schertz, he was not disgruntled about doing an extra job prior to his final appointment.)So, my recommendation, don’t hesitate to use them, but simply call a few days prior to confirm. Theirs is an important and necessary service.

Outstanding service! I needed my attic stairs replaced and sent out a request for service. Within a half hour they responded (on a Saturday no less). They gave me a great price and was able to and an appointment within the week. During the reconstruction of the stairs they relaxed the stairs weren’t the right length and had to find new stairs.The only place that had the right stairs was a half hour away. Without charging me extra they got the right stairs and installed them the same day.I highly recommend their service.

Completed the whole job in 1 hour which was reasonable based on what he performed. Not only am I satisfied with his job, he charged me a very reasonable amount. I had sold my home and quickly need a fairly large wall insulated in my attic, to do the right thing because it has been missing since the home was new, I called Paul and gave him the dimensions and indicated what insulation I wanted to use, he gave me an estimate, we scheduled, he and his associate showed up with all the materials and completed a 40 foot long 10 feet high wall in a couple hours, cleaned up swept and it was completed perfectly, Another Job Well Done!!!
