Tanner Plato (of On Par Property Services) is an exceptional handyman in the Alvin and surrounding areas. He has a work ethic rare to find, and the results of his work are excellent. He is very organized, congenial, and fair. He has a knack for figuring things out. He works fast, but does not rush tasks. He is punctual and completes work on time. Recently, I provided him a long list of tasks - all of which were completed timely, and, overall, he met expectations and beyond. Also, while performing my requested tasks, if he saw something else he thought should be fixed or adjusted, he advised me and gave me opportunity to ok / approve the fix. Bottom line, I highly recommend Tanner, as he is a top notch, reliable, and dependable handyman!

I work for a loan company and one of my stores had issues with a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. Right away I looked online to see who I could find to get this fixed today! After making multiple calls I got hold of Tanner and he was very friendly and helpful over the phone. I sent him the pictures of what needed to be fixed and within one hour he was at my office repairing the lights. The service was quick and easy, professional and clean. Thank you Tanner. I Will use this service again in the future.

This was the best service Ive ever received from a handyman. He showed up right on time both days. First, he explained point by point the steps he was going to take on repair jobs. No wonder he repaired my fence gate and replaced the latch in no time. On the second day, he came by in between his other job appointments to repair two of my old floor lamp stands and one small bedside lamp . His completed work was entirely meticulous! He even took time to answer my questions with an issue I have been dealing with my treadmill. More than anything, I was impressed with his professionalism accompanied with kindness and politeness. I surely was lucky to find a handyman like him just by googling! I will keep his number on my contact list for future time for sure.

He is quite patient, great communication and down right if we can just put the S in his chest, he is our super handy man around the hotel. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.
