    Amazing! My first time. Julie is my new best stylist ever! I showed her a pic of color I wanted and she NAILED it! Plus I was loving my length but it was frazzled. Julie listened and took her time reshaping not hacking it off. My hair looks beautiful!

    South Main District is such a lovely salon. Madison Morrow did an amazing job on my hair! She knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She is such a kind soul and made my experience so relaxing and fun. It is always scary trying out a new stylist, but she made me feel so comfortable and did miracles on my hair. I recommend her to everyone!

    I would recommend this salon to everyone! Taylor has been doing my hair over 15 years and her staff are highly trained as well. You will not leave here disappointed! Salon is always clean and a very cool vibe and its easy to relax and enjoy a day at the salon!

    I love the vibes here. Theyre a queer friendly business and you can tell they care about their clients. I have found my perfect stylist in Miss Cristen but everyone is super nice and welcoming. Another plus is that theyre open 7 days a week so I dont have to try to take off of work or leave early to get my hair done.

    I have been a client at this salon for a few years now and I could not be more pleased with the service. Bri and Lauryn are excellent! Bri has done my color and Lauryn has done my tape in extensions and color. They are so friendly and create a comfortable space for their clients. I look forward to seeing them when my appointment comes around. I recommend both of them!

    I’ve been seeing Rhiyan for over 5 years now for my hair cuts and colors! She is absolutely the BEST! She listens and is so talented! She also is a joy to talk to. I highly recommend Rhiyan for your hair needs. She is knowledgeable and will walk you through exact why she is doing something which I appreciate. Can’t imagine anyone else doing my hair.

    Rhiyan is my stylist and has been for 10+ years. I can be difficult to please when it comes to my hair. I don’t have to tell her what to do because I trust her judgment. She’s good at what she does and is very knowledgeable about hair products and new trends. I promise you if you book with her, you won’t be disappointed.

    I am so glad Rhiyan is at this salon! It is such a cool vibe, and even close to coffee and beer if wanted! Rhiyan is working magic on my hair—helping me grow it out healthily and maintain my grays. I appreciate her knowledge and keeping my hair looking fab as I achieve my hair goals. She’s my girl!

    Julie has done my hair three times now and each time is an absolute pleasure. She’s friendly, funny, and she does an excellent job.Having never gotten my hair dyed before on my first visit, I was nervous, but Julie was so sweet and talked me through everything and I love the results every time. Great job!

    I love the open concept of this salon. The hairstylists are all very friendly and welcoming. I go to Charlie and just adore her. Shes so much fun to talk with and is always such a warm person. Ive never felt so comfortable in a salon chair in my life. I go to her for cuts and color and always leave so happy! I havent seen any of the other hairstylists but I get the impression that theyre almost as kind and everyone does beautiful work. Just check out their Instagram and youll be blown away!

    I always go here to get my hair done because I love it so much! I love how easy it is to book an appointment on the website, and you even get to choose what stylist does your hair while booking! Such an easy process, and always such beautiful outcomes. My hair always comes out exactly how I want it to. Everyone’s super friendly too!! 10/10 recommend :p

    They are really great hairstylist. I see Taylor I love the way she knows my hair and the way I like but I also love seeing these people walk out with amazing cuts from all the others. Id say they have talent here.

    Jhana is my hair stylist and I always leave from her chair different from when I first came in! She has helped me to transition my curly hair into the curls that lay underneath all the bad treatment I have given it. With her advice and direction I finally have my curls looking great!

    The team at South Main District Salon are actually the best in the biz. Actually, for real, 100% promise. No matter what your hair type, color request, cut, style, or maintenance level, these folks DELIVER.I have seen several of the stylists here over the years, and have never been disappointed. Ive had my hair every length and every color, and I am always on point thanks to the SMDS team.I can say without a doubt that Laura, Karizza, Taylor, Falan, and Vanessa are my girls! These ladies will do you right. And they wont lead you astray - trust them, they will always be honest with you about whether you should get bangs or not.I also know the stylists here stay up to speed on current trends, education, and use top notch color lines and products. Your hair will be happy when you walk out the door.I have sent many friends and family into the chairs of South Main District Salon, and they stay put for years. Because it feels like home in their chairs.

    Cristen is AMAZING. I’m tender headed and she’s the only person I’ve been to that didn’t hurt me the whole appointment. Her coloring skills are amazing, she did exactly what I was wanting. Only time I’ve left a salon 100% happy.
