I only have a great things to say about this experience. No one wants to be in the verge of being put out/ homeless because of A foreclosure. When I was running out of time and had no one to go to I came across this flyer that was left at my home. I wasn’t 100% sure if it was a honest place with all the fraudulent things we hear now in days.. But thankfully tonight I’ll be able to sleep comfortably knowing I won’t be loosing my home due to foreclosure.If you are In desperate help and think no one is out there willing to help, you have come to right people. Robert was the one who helped me, along with Gregory. They worked out payment plan and held my hand through this process .If I could give them 10 star review, I would . God bless them !!!! Don’t loose hope, call them , they really work !!!!

Robert Garcia and Greg VanCleve saved our home. I thought I’d exhausted all my options. They honestly worked magic the morning of the foreclosure. The thing I appreciated most was the brutal honesty. It was what I needed. It was not easy, but they got it done. Now I have time to complete the loan modification needed to keep us out of foreclosure. They had been sending me texts, but I was ignoring them thinking it might be a scam. Because we know scammers prey on desperate people in foreclosure. Finally when I had no hope left, the day before the foreclosure, they sent one last text. I figured what do I have to lose? I called them back, Agnes answered, she was very nice but made it clear that we needed to do something immediately. I didn’t have a ride at that moment, so she sent one of their employees to pick me up. I’m so grateful. Don’t make the mistake I did, if you get a text from them it’s not a scam. It’s the real deal. They were a godsend.

Robert Garcia is awesome very honest he told me that did not legally do it proper way foreclosure on me they had sent it to my deceased grandparents they never directly did the foreclosure to me, so I went to the attorneys directly and email them like . Mr. Garcia said, and they right away stop the foreclosure because they knew that they were in the wrong. They had no right to put a foreclosure on the mobile home. And I want to really think Mr. Garcia for all the help and honestly because if that was anyone else, they would not have been honest away way he was truly trying to help me and he did that and I want to thank him now that they stop the four and I am very thankful and blessed. I really appreciate you I highly recommend him if y’all are going into a foreclosure..!!!🙏🏾🙌🏾😊
