We came over from Shreveport for this estate sale and we could not have been more pleased. Upon entry we were greeted by Victor who was so kind to us and helpful. We arrived on a Saturday where everything was 50% off, but even their regular prices were great! The cheapest we have seen by far. At the checkout, poor Elza was being harassed and ridiculed by this awful woman and as horrible as the customer was (over newspaper nonetheless!), Elza remained calm and polite. We will definitely be making the 90 minute drive to see them again.

We have used Windsor Estate Liquidators for two sales. The first was at my childhood home after the loss of my mother. We were very impressed with their expertise in researching and pricing all the items in the house; it was packed and required a great deal of time and dedication to get everything ready. They worked very hard cleaning and arraigning everything so that the house looked neat and organized. They were extremely compassionate and understanding of how hard it is to watch precious family items be sold and removed; that is never easy, but is just the reality of estate sales after the loss of loved ones. They were always available and helpful and their honesty and integrity was never in question. Many might not be aware that immediately before they open the doors to the public each day, they gather together for prayer. After the estate sale was over, the house was left empty and clean so that we could quickly list it for sale.Because we were so happy with the first sale, we asked them to hold a moving sale for us. There was never any deviation from the professionalism we witnessed in the first one. And if the need comes again, Victor will be called!

It has been a complete joy to work with Victor and Elza on 2 occasions. When I suddenly moved to TN from Tyler, they fit my sale into their crowded schedule, worked countless hours making all my things shine like new, and followed my instructions to the letter. Their patience with all my questions was limitless, and their sweet spirits made the entire process a pleasure.So a year later when my 93 year old parents moved into an assisted living facility, I immediately knew who to call for their estate sale. Victor and Elza once again were patient, hard-working and meticulous in displaying every item to its best advantage. When my parents went by to see the display, they agreed that their prized belongings had never looked better!Anyone in East Texas who is looking for an honest, hard-working, experienced estate sale company should contact Windsor Liquidators for a satisfying and rewarding experience!
