    Melissa and her team are extremely thorough and detail oriented. They make everything look so organized and go above and beyond to make your shopping experience successful!     I had not been sleeping for weeks worrying about getting everything done to get a house ready to move. I called Monarch and Melissa. She can out and met with my husband and me. Immediately, I felt better. Melissa explained her services and what her team would do. They came in and took care of EVERYTHING. We felt comfortable enough in Melissa and her team to leave everything up to her. I have to thank Monarch for taking care of our home and Estate Sale!

    Melissa and her entire professional team were amazing. My sister’s farm house and barns were full. Melissa and her team cleaned out the mess and staged the house and barns for a very successful sale. We would call upon them again in a heartbeat. 🌻

    I can’t say enough good things about Melisa and her team. An estate sale was not something that was on my bucket list until after my mom passed.Melisa worked very hard and getting things arranged and looking good before the sale. I didn’t have to lift a finger and it went way better than I could’ve ever imagined. She was very compassionate and caring especially with all my mom‘s old things. I highly recommend this company. You won’t regret it!

    Melissa and her team are absolutely amazing and the best at what they do. You will not go wrong in choosing them for your estate sale. Monarch provides exceptional service to their customers. The attention to detail and dedication to their task is truly exceptional by all employees. They have a passion for this work. Our house was overwhelming with 70 years of my parents belongings. Melissa came in very positive and of course found more work than originally anticipated. Monarch spent days cleaning everything that was for sale. They pulled items from the attic, under the house, and from the barn rafters.Melissa and her team used their skills and expertise to set up the house to display similar items together and utilized the rooms to display much like a store. Then everything was priced along with researching the unique items like antiques. Working with Monarch was a pleasure every time we met or talked. Melissa brought issues with solutions, not just issues for me to figure out. Monarch pushed to sell as much as they could. In the end, the overwhelming task was reduced to a manageable set of items that could be donated, in which they handled as well.Monarch is a blessing not only in what they do but also in their knowledge, disposition and integrity to spend the extra effort to make it better. Melissa eased a very emotional transition for us. We were at ease and built trust in a very short time. Monarch is filled with honest people who take pride in what they do. After the sale weekend, Monarch was still around to insure the cleaning was complete. There was more than anticipated again but Melissa kept returning until the job was complete. And that was after she was paid in full from the sale. The community needs more businesses with this attitude of doing the right thing even after the payment. We were blessed to have found Melissa & Monarch Estate Sales; as they truly cared, respected and were compassionate toward our family as we went through a very emotional process of clearing out my parents home. Please accept our sincere thanks for all your efforts.

    Melissa and her team are amazing!!!! They took charge and we did not have to worry about anything!!!! She communicated with us throughout the entire process and was extremely patient with our questions and concerns. She was prompt for our meetings and really cared about our belongings.. if you are in need of an estate sale professional, I couldnt recommend Monarch any higher.

    Melissa and her staff went above and beyond what was expected. They were always forthright and professional about what we could get for the items we wanted to sell. She made my home her home creating vignettes in each room so buyers could get the full experience of our items. Melissa ‘a goal was to sale everything and she was selling items even as she was pulling out of the driveway. I would use her again and highly recommend Monarch Estate Sales.
