We bought our new home in the Reserve at Clearlake and love it here! Tricia provided excellent service and made our buying experience so easy! Thank you Tricia for helping us through every step purchasing our new home! You service is appreciated! I recommend when your looking for your dream home that you stop by and visit Tricia she is very knowledgeable and understands how to help to get your new home exactly how you want it! Good:I bought the house in 2017. Sales rep Tricia Fedro was very nice. She was very accommodative of customer requirements and went out of the way to find solutions to meet our requirements. By comparison, I first went to Trendmaker in the same community and found that Trendmaker was the worst in accommodating customer requirements and also gave a feeling that they dont even care for the customers! The sales agent wouldnt even respond to our mails!Overall, the house is built well. I had inspections at every stage of building the house - foundation, pre-drywall, and final inspection. My inspector is a very experienced person and is well respected in the industry. Of course he did find some code issues and other things that were corrected but overall he said that this house was built much better than what the other builders build these days.Bad:Many things in the house are considered upgrades and you have to pay for them. Basic things that you get with the house is very minimal and standard options are not good and you are forced to upgrade! I wish they were better.Landscaping is done bad. Grading is not done well and water logging is present. May of my friends complain about the same issueMaintenance used to be good (on warranty items) when I initially bought the house but of late many requests has been outstanding for several months.Overall, I want to give 3.5 stars but that option is not there.
