As a large supplier of building materials in DFW I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of excellent home builders, I can confidently say that this home builder’s attention to detail and quality is second to none. From the moment I stepped into their beautifully designed homes, I was impressed by the quality craftsmanship and original designs. Thackery Custom Homes offers a diverse range of floor plans and completely customizable options, ensuring that every homeowner can achieve their vision. Thackery Custom homes provides exceptional quality, professionalism and a high degree of industry knowledge. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a quality-built home.

In July 2023, I began my search for a home in the Pilot Point area. The last home in my search was a new built by Thackery Homes. The quality and functionality was far superior to anything else I had looked at in the area and I immediately fell in love with the home. After the final price was negotiated, Joe was very accommodating to my timeline and kindly toured the home with me and explained all the features the day before the movers arrived. After 8.5 months in this home, there is nothing I would fault. After the tornados and storms tore through our area recently , I could see the damage to neighbors’ roofs and yards. I had no damage whatsoever which is a testament to the quality and integrity of a Thackery Home. Although it was outside my original budget, the purchase was worth every penny. I say without hesitation, don’t hesitate to buy a Thackery home or let Joe build you the house of your dreams. He knows what he’s doing and, as a bonus, he is so nice and easy to work with.

He truly cares for his customers from coming up with ideas to help us with the design process to getting his hands dirty helping with the build process.

Thackery Custom Homes is a FANTASTIC CUSTOM HOME BUILDER! I’ve NEVER seen a builder so dedicated to a build, NEVER seen a builder so meticulous in the details and the way things must be done...not should be, BUT MUST BE DONE. IF YOU WANT A NEW HOME, SERIOUSLY, THERE IS NO OTHER BUILDER THIS DEDICATED TO YOU AND THE DETAIL OF THE BUILD... PERIOD! I recommend anyone looking for a good solid meticulous home builder to contact Mr Thackery.
