We had Shaun back for another project, but this time it was a whole home remodel. New master bathroom, closet, and bedroom, brand new kitchen, and each room had new flooring, paint, light fixtures, and closet remodel. Basically no room was untouched on a 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. We brought Shaun on again and went over everything we wanted to have done, what our budget was, and our timeline for moving in. Not once did Shaun hesitate about any of it. As a matter of fact, he took it upon himself personally as a challenge to accommodate all of our wishes. It was an insane amount of work and coordination that faced him in the coming months. Needless to say, he handled it amazingly. He was always proving us updates, statuses of trades, and moving the project along. He also plays a very good marriage counselor when my wife and I went with him to Lowe’s, Home Depot, Emser Tile, Expo Granite, and everywhere else we had to go to pick out items for the house. The compromise was real, but Shaun also gave great ideas to help provide a middle ground for both of us. What was also nice is he would tell us “Hey, I’ve done that before and it doesn’t look good, do this instead” and he was right. It was refreshing to have someone who was that trustworthy helping us with this huge house experience. He went above and beyond what we had hoped he would do, and always championed for us to have the best stuff at the best price. His work and the subcontractors he hires do amazing work, and the attention to detail is what brought us back to him also. He’s a great contractor, a great person, and we have definitely made a friend for life. If future projects come about he will definitely be back for more! -

Shaun and his crew are excellent builders. They removed my existing deck and completely built a new one from scratch. We spend a lot of time outside, so they added a beautiful tin roof and connected it to the existing BBQ shed. The also installed concrete steps, self closing gates, and a concrete patio along with ballisters for dogs and grandkids safety. Quality work from beginning to end. We are very happy with Shaun, Jesus, and Big Bo. Thanks guys! -

Several years ago Shaun helped us with a significant exterior remodel, upgrade, with new siding and design and build of large porches. He was great with design, ideas and attention to detail. He and his team are pleasant to work with, and he brings his passion to his projects. Subsequent to that he remodeled our kitchen for us, with planning, design, and crafting cabinets custom on-site. Our kitchen is display of woodwork art, and so practical and comfortable. Again, Shaun was committed and passionate to making our kitchen amazing. We are already thinking about another (smaller) idea, and I doubt we will contact anyone other than Shaun. -

We are using Stockwell Construction to remodel our master bath. This is our second project with Shaun in just as many years. Last year he remodeled our kitchen and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We brought him back for this project and gave him a strict deadline as we have a baby on the way and do not want to be living in a construction zone. As it stands now, they are on pace to finish a month ahead of schedule without compromising their quality of work. Shaun has been a pleasure to work with through both projects. I am very detail oriented and tend to question every aspect of the remodel. Shaun has answered my questions thoroughly and walked me through each phase of the job as it has progressed. We will continue to use Stockwell Construction on any future projects. -

2/9/2024. Stockwell Construction just completed my 4th project, which was the guest bath reno. Shaun had some staffing challenges which slowed things down for a bit, but after he regrouped, things came together very well. Shaun worked very hard to make sure I was happy. Only one project left, and thats the kitchen. Ill be calling Shaun when Im ready!9/2022...I am about to start my third project with Stockwell Construction. The first project was August 2019 when they replaced 2000 sq feet of old flooring in my home with wood-look tile. They did a flawless job! It looks like a piece of art! The second job was September 2020 when they installed a 500 sq foot deck off of my back porch. It is gorgeous and such a fun place for friends and family to gather. The project starting today is the remodel of my master bath. I cant wait to see the finished work. Shaun made selection of materials easy. He is fun and so easy to work with and has great ideas. His team is attentive, courteous, trustworthy and leave the site clean at the end of each day. I will trust Stockwell with all future remodels as I bring my home, built in 1985, to the 2020s. -

We have worked with Stockwell Construction on multiple projects at our church and thrift shop. They are a great team and do great work. We have been very satisfied with our relationship with them and will continue to have projects for them. -

Shaun was referred to me through a friend, and he has not disappointed. I own a 1929 farmhouse on pier and beam, and we were doing a complete kitchen remodel. Shaun took our ideas and ran with them, even offering up his own ideas and making our good ideas turn into great ideas! He was very good about communication, what was going to be installed when, and if there were any delays in the supply chain. He also used local guys to do the work, which I appreciated trying to support local businesses. He sent out a pamphlet essentially of all places he does business, from countertop to flooring to backsplash to paint. He made the comment “I usually have repeat customers because we do very good work” and he was not lying. Our kitchen is insanely beautiful, and the quality of workmanship is second to none. We will definitely bring him back for future jobs. -

Stockwell construction does very professional, great work.They are very friendly and help you throughout the process from drawing up plans to building. They keep you informed what’s going on every step of the way.If they can help you save money they suggest it without cutting corners.We would recommend them to anyone needing to have work done. -
