I would like to give a big shout out to Matt & Karl from Summerset Homes. Their customer service is over the top, not to mention their quality of workmanship.I’ve been in my Summerset home 3.5 years. My home was built in 2011. My microwave went out. I called American Home Shield to come out & diagnose issue. Appliance repair company came out (Thursday) to install part. After looking at the vent system appliance refused to touch venting system due to not wanting to mess up my custom cabinet. They only gave me a week to find someone to remove venting system. I was in a panic Until…….I immediately called Somerset Homes. Matt answered the phone. I explained to Matt what my issue was & without hesitation, Matt sent out Karl the next day (Friday) to remove venting system. Karl also took down microwave so the new part could get installed.My microwave is fixed & Karl is coming back out to put my venting system back up.I love my Summerset Home. Their detail & workmanship is over the top. If you are looking for a builder or new home in Wimberley, Tx , I highly recommend Summerset Homes. I’ve had my Somerset Home for 7 years now. I moved into it in July of 2011 and It has been a great home. Carl has always been quick to respond to typical minor problems associated with any new house and they stand behind their work. I’ve been in many new construction homes, as I am an HVAC contractor, and Somerset definitely builds some of the most solid, nicest homes in the Wimberley area.

We have lived in our Somerset home going on two years now and it was the best decision we have ever made! Before we purchased our Somerset home we had a terrible experience with a local builder, but Matt Lowery with Somerset relieved us of the stress and reservations that we had. Not only are his homes beautiful, but the quality of work is unsurpassed. If you’re relocating to Wimberley or just moving locally, I would advise you to check out his lovely homes. For quality service (before and after you move-in) and a gorgeous, well-built home, Somerset Homes is the local builder to consider.
