Joey and his team are amazing, and we couldnt be more thrilled with our building experience with them! Simpson and Gardner and Titan Metal Buildings are a match made in heaven for Barndominium projects. They merge high-end custom home building experience with quality commercial grade metal building experience to create gorgeous custom living spaces within the simplicity and durability of a metal building. Few builders have the experience to marry tradition construction techniques with metal building construction the way these guys do, so if youre considering a Barndominium, this is the place to start.

Simpson and Gardner built our beautiful home , the experience was beyond excellent. the attention to detail and the expert guidance throughout the whole process was unmeasurable. If you want your dream home built I would not look any further. We have built other homes but this experience was by far the best.

Simpson and Gardner blew us away with our new home!! Joey and his team took what normally is one of the most challenging and stressful things in life and made it incredibly easy and pleasant. From the very first meeting until the end, they were fully involved in our dream. It felt as they were part of our family working towards the same dream and goal, not just another job to knock out. Every step and process were fully explained to us. Joey took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted, talked us through the options, gave ideas and feedback, and delivered far above expectations. The materials and tradesmen were exceptional. Hands down the easiest home building experience I have ever had!

Simpson & Gardner built our home during the Covid year of 2021 when supplies and contractors were tight. We were extremely pleased with the resulting product in every respect. Contractors and project managers were great in dealing with changes and challenges. All sub contractors were superb and performed quality work. Simpson and Gardner exceeded our expectations.

We had the absolute best experience with Simpson and Gardner Custom homes. Before we purchased our property we were able to meet up with Joey on site to make sure that we were able to build the house where we wanted to. We saw how professional and involved he was in this process and knew he was the builder for us. Not only did he deliver what we wanted, he went above and beyond our expectations. He listened to our ideas and suggested his own. He took my last minute PInterest ideas (lord knows I had a lot) and modified them for my home and my budget. His diligence, creativity and attention to detail gave us a positive building experience. I strongly recommend Simpson and Gardner to build your custom home.

We used Simpson and Gardner to build our custom home. They took time to understand our vision and partnered with us to bring it to life. The process of building can be stressful but they were so easy to work with, answered all of our questions and always responded quickly that it wasn’t stressful at all. They stayed on budget and timeline. They are trustworthy and honest and great at what they do! I would highly recommend them.

Great builder! Delivered what was in the contract and at times went beyond that to deliver what we liked. They were all great to deal with, even when we had them redo certain things that were not to our liking. Genuine people that wanted to make sure we were happy with the home they built for us. Very happy with the home they built for us. They were on time on on budget as they said.
