We had the pleasure of working with S. B. Thompson when they built our 11,600 SF Engineering & Surveying office in San Marcos. Scott and Sidney were always professional, responsive, and helped us iron out many issues with our architectural plans (there were many), city permitting issues, and multiple change orders. They run a great company and were always helpful and friendly. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality construction services. This is a great company, they have good communication to keep you informed on progress, and what to expect during the process. The buildings are high quality, well built. Scott and Sydney are delightful to work with as they polite and knowledgeable about so much more than just their business. They did new construction and remodeling for our business and both were done with professionalism and efficiency. We would recommend them for any job.
