    I want to complement Jamie Frazier who is with RVision Homes. Her outstanding post closure service is a true necessity for all home buyers after a long process of building a custom home.Jamie‘s attention to detail and organizational skills are far beyond anything I have ever experienced and she’s a wonderful communicator. Close communication and empathy to a home buyer is a very important skill not many have during the building process. While Jamie is involved after the buyer closes on the home, her type of communication skills is an essential part of the process.I just want people to know that her services are essential, especially after closing on a home where there are many minute details that can be missed during that final walk-through. Thank you Jamie for everything that you have done and everything that you will do for other people.I highly recommend Jamie’s services for all those who close on a home. She is phenomenal.     We’ve built a custom home with RVision and have been in our house 2 years. We’re very happy in our home and our decision to build with RVision Homes. They’re very responsive to any issues or questions that have come up even after being in the house for more than a year. From build to completion to after move-in, it’s been great working with RVISION- Scott, Johnny, Gretchen, Justin, and Jamie. We recommend working with RVision.

    Jamie Frazier is the “BEST” !!! Once we moved into our new R-Vision home, Jamie did a great job of scheduling all the contractors around our busy schedule in order to get our punch-list & warranty items fixed. She is always cheerful and helpful with all of our requests and questions and is just a great person to work with.

    We reached out to RVision Homes LTD for a new custom home project, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did they deliver the product to our satisfaction but made the process painless on our end. Our project manager made sure the project ran smoothly and we were well informed throughout the process. The finished product couldn’t have gone any better. I would highly recommend these pros.

    We’ve been in our home now for about 18 months and are very happy with our home. We built during a very stressful time - there were a lot of supply shortages and labor issues due to Covid. RVision worked hard to solve any problems and delays. Since the home has been finished, RVision has resolved any issues that have arisen - without hesitation. Their concern with customer satisfaction is above what we’ve seen from other builders in the past. We would definitely recommend building your next home with RVision.

    Our experience with RVision was nothing but positive. From the beginning our salesman Scott was personable and showed a genuine interest in helping us build our dream home. Justin and James guided us through the construction process and helped us make good decisions about our change orders and the construction process. Amanda and Denise handled all of our questions regarding money, permits, dealing with the bank, etc. and we never really had to do much but sign on the dotted line. At the end the owners visited us at the house to make sure everything was ok and made sure we were happy with the finished product. There is no perfect house builder, but RVision came pretty close with their concern and skill that helped us build a masterpiece. Most importantly, I never distrusted them. As a skeptical attorney, it is rare to find someone, much less a whole company that you can trust to do the right thing. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

    Rvision Homes owns up to their mistakes and makes things right...solid integrity. They were able to quickly take corrective action on a personnel level and turn things around within 5 days, having crews work thru the weekend to make sure we could close and move in by our scheduled date.     My husband and I closed on our home at the end of January. It is a new build, and we had to wait a few days for our W/D and fridge we selected to be delivered. Well, last week the washer and fridge worked perfectly. The dryer would not turn on. The installation tech thought it was a problem with the dryer. The new one came today and no way did it have the same problem?!?! The same installation tech decided it probably was not in fact an issue with the dryer, but instead a problem with wiring in the outlet in the laundry room. My husband called our construction manager, Sam Parrott (RVision Homes) who had an electrician at my front door within 20 minutes of my husband calling him. Jordan with Cornerstone Electric was able to identify the problem and have it fixed within 15 minutes of arriving at our house. Sam also stopped by to make sure everything was working as it should. I cannot give these two kudos enough for their amazing customer service and going out of their way to ensure I was able to wash and DRY my clothes today (we hadnt been able to do laundry since 1/31)!!! It is very much appreciated!

    My wife and I are very happy we chose RVision to build our home and would happily recommend them to friends and family! Being able to spend time in the design center picking out all our options prior to even breaking ground made the rest of the building process so easy as we knew what to expect during the build process. Working with Chris C. (Construction Manager) and Scott E. (BOYL Specialist) through the process was also very help as they kept in communication with us on the progress of the build and happily answered any questions or concerns we had along the way. We are now living in our home and can’t be happier with our choice!

    We bought a spec house, our first NEW home and we are extremely happy! We have been in the house for a month and RVision has been amazing. The HOA wouldnt give me blank forms before our closing so I could get a jump on having a fence installed. Justin and Mandi not only got the forms but got the HOA approval for the fence for us before closing. I had a small issue and sent an email at 7am thinking someone would call me in the afternoon but no...I had a call back within 15 minutes. Building a pretty house is one thing but the outstanding customer service we have received means everything to the customer. These guys are awesome!
