When I decided to have a house built, I did not need to search for a builder. I knew that Wachman’s was it. They already had a great reputation for building quality homes, and I can certainly add to that reputation. Wachsman has built 2 homes for me over the years. They are absolutely the best to work with and will actually spend time with you getting to know your style. I LOVE my home!!!

We purchased from RJ Waschman Homes. Beautiful construction, attention to detail and engineering design that is going to be current several years from now. But what we are most pleased is with the follow up care the Legacy team has provided. They have been extremely responsive to all our requests and have remedied every aspect. We are loving our new home and had a great home building experience from start to finish. Tanner and his team were amazing to work with! They are professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable and fun to work with. I could come to Tanner with a picture or idea and he knew exactly what was needed to accomplish the look. He made all of my ideas come to life and made the best recommendations. He was very accommodating of our schedules and really kept us on track with our selections. He was so patient and great at communicating - always replying with the most thoughtful responses to my questions. If there was ever an issue/backorder, etc with a selection, it was never disappointing because Tanner would help me come up with an even better solution. Best quality home. We love our RJ Wachsman home built in 2004. The attention to details makes this builder stand apart from many others. I love that all specs of the home were left after purchase. For example, paint colors, appliance information/warranty, etc. Even today, I could, and have called the office for information on our home and received excellent customer service.

I selected RJ Wachsman Homes to build my home in 2019. This was my first time to build a home and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Tanner was amazing in walking me through the process and addressing the customization I wanted to add to my new home. Every person who worked on my home build was outstanding and did the highest quality work. They really stand behind the quality of their work as well. After living in my home for over 5 years, everything about it is still in fantastic condition. My home is my oasis and I have thoroughly enjoyed each day that I have lived there. Love RJ Wachsman Homes! They built our first house over 20 years ago and when we outgrew that one, we had them build our 2nd home as well. I have no doubt if we were to build again, we would call on them!!Ive known Randy and the Wachsman family since grade school and trust them to advise me with all the decisions involved in building. They are incredibly helpful and are such a joy to work with. Not only did they have so many suggestions at every level but they listened to my suggestions as well.The ladies in the office are extremely knowledgeable and so so much fun to work with. They showed me samples and gave me ideas that led to a custom home that is exactly what I was hoping for. I could not be happier that I have the Wachsman family in my life!!

My wife and I have owned our Wachsman home for about 15 years. As buyers, we walked into our prospective home, took a look around for a few minutes, we looked at each other and said “What more would we need in a home?” We’ve been here ever since.After our purchase, and during the next year or so, there were a few issues to resolve. I made a call to Wachsman’s office, and the matter was resolved quickly and professionally. There weren’t many of these occasions which bespeaks the exceptional quality of our home. Wachsman has the reputation of building an excellent home and they deliver.Randy Wachsman and his family have built a great quality business. That comes from building great quality homes. Now comes Tanner Wachsman in to take the lead. My impression of Tanner is that he is professional in his dealings, eager to please his customers, and goes the extra mile to do so. He’ll do what he says he will do.I could write more but suffice it to say I would buy another home from Wachsman Homes. This comes after 15 years of owning a Wachsman home. I recommend them to anyone who asks. I trust them and I know you can too!!

Wachsman homes are the best. Beautiful inside and out, wonderful details and appointments for a turn-key home that flows perfectly for comfortable and functional living. The home quality is awesome. It gets hot in Texas, and this house was so well insulated it was always cool inside. This builder is very fair and goes beyond what is required in their service, any needed maintenance is done promptly. The Wachsmans take pride in their homes and their service. Everything one would expect from Texas hospitality! Thank you RJ and Tanner Wachsman for building us a wonderful home.

We bought an RJWachsman home in the summer of 2021 that was built as a spec home. It was far enough along in the process that choices were not feasible. However, we absolutely LOVED what they chose for flooring, lighting, cabinetry, etc. The home was well built and now that we have returned to North Carolina we wish we could have moved it here. Or better yet have Tanner and his crew come here and build. The quality was outstanding. A very comfortable and affordable home. Would purchase from them again.

RV Wachsman Homes ReviewWe recently built a new home with RJ Wachsman Homes. This is our third Wachsman home. This time we built on our own lot and had a local architect help us with the design. Taking basic main components of Wachsman homes we had already seen, we added special features we wanted, tweaked other parts and a final design was made and built. We love our new home and all of its modern features. When my husband and I decided to sell our home and started looking for another, we were instantly drawn to the Wachsman homes. We looked at pre-owned homes, and new ones from other builders, yet we could not get past RJ Wachsman Homes! We finally realized we HAD to have one of the model homes that Randy wasnt quite ready to part with. Boy we gave him a hard time but he was so awesome. He knew that we loved his work and that this was the only one we wanted. He really worked with us to help us make it all happen and so easily. I can go on and on about the beauty of his homes, the great detail and amenities, the great layouts, perfect color choices etc., etc. But the comfort and joy of working with the Wachsman family is what I loved best. They work with SO MANY people, yet keep a patience and wonderful attitude through it all as though you are their only client. I fell in love with the house but also with the Wachsman family. Judy is an angel, and Im proud to call Tanner and his wife friends now. They were and STILL ARE just a call or text away for any questions or anything else. There were no complaints but they make certain that if there were to be something come up, that they will quickly work to correct it. Beautiful work, great experience, perfect area. Nothing but positive things to say and I am grateful for Randy helping us get the home of our dreams at this point in our lives.

House quality is superb! RJ and Tanner built mine four years ago, and all staff were very responsive during building and since completion (even to this day). YES, they answer their phones and return calls!There is no reason why I would consider another builder.These folks are class A, honest and ethical! Everything is upfront, transparent and in writing. From day one, there were never any issues.

We bought a home from RJ Wachsman nearly a year ago. We actually compared RJ Wachsman with other local builders before we made the decision. So far, our experience with the house has been great in terms of overall quality. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. While the total square footage of our house is a bit smaller than that of our previous one, we feel the house is bigger due to high ceilings and well-designed storage spaces. Overall, we absolutely recommend RJ Wachsman’s homes.

We absolutely love our home! My husband and I knew RJ a long time before we decided to build a custom house with him... and, we couldnt be happier with the result! He and the family members who work for him are different from what you expect, but - there is no comparison between their homes and any other builder here in Wichita Falls. He is simply the best. Also, it was a blast to design my home with Cindy (his sister)! Our project was completely custom and different than what he normally builds, and the result was every bit as awesome as we couldve imaged it. Would definitely recommend RJ to anyone else looking to build or buy a new home in Wichita Falls or surrounding areas! Even after building with his company... we received excellent support for any issues that did arise during our first few years. His staff takes care of you and thats something we found that was important to us.

This is my first and hopefully the last house Ive bought and I couldnt be happier with the Wachsmans family, work crews, and customer service during the six months of construction. RJ effortlessly worked with me on all of my out of the box changes, suggestions, and additions. In addition, Judy loan me a key so I can checkout other houses which was very beneficial for me to explore other available options like my big #%€ living room fan. Most builders stick with the floor plan, but RJ gave me plenty of lead way in order for me to create my unique home that Ive been enjoying living in >2 years now. If I ever decided to upgrade to a bigger house, Ill definitely go with RJ Wachsmans Homes again. Keep building quality homes.

I was visiting my daughter in Wichita Falls in August of 2016. After having lived in Wichita Falls from 1973-1986, I decided just for fun to look at houses for sale in the area. My family and I saw a house on Southfork Drive and I instantly fell in love with the home.The first property I visited had a great open concept floor plan with so much attention to detail! With features like: high end fixtures, rounded walls, custom drapes, gorgeous tile selections in the kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace... and ceramic tile flooring throughout the home. The master bedroom is huge in size as well as the master bathroom, including the walk in closet. The guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house which is nice. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is directly off the kitchen with large storage shelves as well as cabinets. Also, the utility room has a nice, large countertop where I can fold clothes.I saw the home once... and went back to South Carolina... and immediately put my house on the market! My house sold quickly and I turned right around and purchased the home I had fallen in love with. All negotiations were made over the phone since I did not live in Wichita Falls (obviously). The Wachsman Homes team made it so easy to complete the deal. I said my wishes, they said their wishes, and we met in the middle! They mailed the contract to me. I signed it and mailed it back. Buying the home was as easy as that. They worked with a title company here to have everything ready for the closing when I arrived into town. I received my keys to the house and realized once more why I wanted this beautiful home. Randy, Tanner and the company are as close as the phone when and if I have questions. If they dont know the answer, they know someone who does! I now tell my friends that dreams do come true. I also tell them that I love my home.My husband and I purchased five homes over our 50 years together and I must say - this one by myself was the easiest.
