Rich Ketay builds high quality custom homes. One of his home builds was adjacent to my house and I was able to observe his construction team’s meticulous attention to detail from start to finish. I also appreciated the clean-up of the construction site after each workday. Rich was mindful enough to contact me prior to the pouring of the foundation to forewarn me of noise that was set to begin before dawn on the following day. Although I was not disturbed by the anticipated noise that morning, I appreciated his thoughtfulness. I highly recommend you to consider R&B Custom Builds, LLC for your next home build.

Rich and Ben do amazing work. I moved to the area for work and was unable to find and existing home. I had never considered building but so glad I did. They helped me through the entire process and I now have the home I always dreamed up. I cannot say enough how refreshing it was to work with a team that not only listens but provide meaningful things one should consider when building. I highly recommend. Couldnt be happier.

Ben and Rich have done multiple projects on the Ranch for us. Competent, reliable and always a fair honest bid. They are hands on and always there for us even after the project is done.
