Working with Platinum Homes has been one of the best experiences of our lives. My wife and I bought land in North Dallas and went through an exhaustive search for the right builder. As we were expecting our first child, we wanted to pick a builder who was able to balance fine, modern living with...actually living and Mark and his team have totally delivered. His team is incredible to work with - great listeners, with better ideas, and extremely well organized. Theyve been a pleasure to work with. Lauri, Pete, Michelle and Neal are incredible as they pay attention to details while having fun in the process. The software they use keeps everything hyper transparent and easy to use and understand. Weve thoroughly enjoyed the building process with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a wonderful home.

Platinum Homes by Mark Molthan is the most professional and detailed custom home builder I have ever dealt with.The time dedicated to each client makes them feel as if Mark is only building one home at a time. Mark doesnt just build a home , he creates a master piece of art. Truly a professional group of people that the client deals with from design to construction to the final product.

We are building our Dream Home with Mark Molthan and his incredible team. The whole process has not only been seamless but Mark and his team have made it fun, exciting, and completely stress free. The product, quality, craftsmanship, customer experience are all exceptional. I wish he wasnt building my forever home, because I would love the opportunity to build with him and do this process again with his team!
