Brandan and Bryson were exceptional in their communication and planning. We started from the very beginning at conversations through move in day with them at Platinum Homes Texas. Throughout the entire process when times would become overwhelming with options and decisions, they slowed the process to what was comfortable yet efficient and gave us a smaller list to what our wants and needs would encompass. If we did not see anything in that, they would send more options. The two were always available to answer any questions regarding process changes, updates, and completions. We would 10/10 recommend working with them again in the future (if we ever decide to leave the dream home they built us). We met Brandan and Bryson through a realtor and what a blessing it was for us! They were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We cannot say enough about their attention to detail and follow up! They are also very professional. I feel like we have established a friendship that will last a long time!!
