I really want to express my gratitude to PentVia team. Curt, Marlaina, Laura, and Delaney have been so amazing. We are in the process of building a home with them. Their communication has been very on point. Theres alot that goes into building a home. They laid out all the steps from the start. They gave us realistic expectation and are helping us with our difficult personal requests for our custom home. I highly recommend working with PentaVia! Im an Architect that has worked with Penta Via for over 2 years, partnering on the design of over 10 projects. Ive found them to be of the highest character and quality in all my dealings. Their attention to details and level of construction is a high priority, and is seen in all of their homes. As an architect, I look for a builder that can bring my vision to life and take it to the next level-which they totally do. I would highly recommend them as a builder and partner in any future projects!

I have followed Curt Dubose and Pentavia homes for a few years now. Every home that I have seen definitely has that WOW factor. As great as the homes are, the realionship Curt has with his customers is absolutely fantastic. He is a very genuine and honest man in his work. I have had nothing but satisfaction with him and Pentavia homes.

I have worked with Christina personally and she is an exceptional designer and builder with the utmost attention to detail. Her homes are unrivaled by other builders. If you want a gorgeous home, with the best service then dont consider anyone else except Pentavia!

Beautiful and exquisite to say the least. I only wish that they would build homes throughout DFW; unless I stand corrected. Id definitely purchase a home along with a few of my colleagues as well. Love the detail and innovation that was put into these homes.
