We had a problem with a previous sliding glass door installation done by a person that was not knowledgeable. The door would not close properly and had a big gap at the top. We were fortunate that a neighbor suggested Song. Of course his specialty is building homes, so we were pleased that he had a small break in his busy schedule to take a look. He sure knew what he was doing! He had the door fixed in 30 minutes! We are so pleased.

Song is very professional. He takes great pride in his work and makes sure its done right. He wants to make sure the customer is happy but will offer advice when he doesnt think what you are requesting will work. If he makes a suggestion take his advice his work is impeccable. We have used him twice once to remodel a home and once to build a home and both times we have been more than pleased with the outcome.

I purchased my home in White Rock Estates just after its completion in August 2011. Ive lived here almost 11 years and Im so happy with my purchase. Song Park lives near me and, since Im single and dont know how to do lots of things around the house, he has been SO VERY GRACIOUS to help me out on numerous occasions!! I cant believe how lucky I am to have his assistance. After 11 years, my air conditioner JUST NOW needed some maintenance. Song suggested I use Ellis Air (they installed the air conditioning unit 11 years ago!) and they replaced the capacitor (sp?). The quality of my home is excellent!!
