For being a first time home builder for my family of 4, choosing Paez Family Homes (PFH) was the best decision we could have made. From the initial meeting through the very end, PFH stayed consistent with their communication and made the experience overall very easy to navigate through.PFH promised us a trusting and easeful journey together, but we got even more with it. We felt valued and cared for as well.No idea or question of ours was a “dumb” question. One of my favorite attributes PFH offered us, was offering their opinions and ideas that dealt with overall functionality of different components of the home. Their experience and patience guided us through which options functioned better and they were also able to tap into our simple idea and expand on it more to create something we didn’t even imagine at first!Overall, I can’t repeat enough on how satisfied we are building with Paez Family Homes. When my husband and I decided we wanted to build, we met with so many different construction companies from Victoria all the way to the valley. Most of these companies are so big, they don’t have the time to sit and get to know each client and meet their needs. We didn’t know where to start or what to even ask for. When we met Mike, it was like we were talking to our friend. He took the time to explain the whole process to us and designed our custom floor plan before we even signed our contract. One thing I really appreciated was how organized and detailed Mike was when it came to our budget. We told him what we wanted, and he always gave us a variety of options to choose from so that we could have what we want PLUS stay within budget. He always looked for the best deal for us. When I say our house is exactly what we wanted, I’m not exaggerating! Every inch of our house is custom and we are beyond happy with how it came out. Building a home should be a fun experience where you are able to trust your builder 100%- Mike exceeded every expectation we had. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Paez Family Homes every single time!

Building a home is such a huge commitment and investment, however with Paez Family Homes the process was seamless from beginning to end. From the moment we started, Michael, Pablo, and Jake were all in. Every detail was executed to perfection in our home! Not every construction company has the builder himself out on site during each vital process. Michael and his team were always on top of everything. Every day I would visit our home site and any questions or concerns were always addressed or were already being worked on. Communication was never an issue. The work ethic and commitment to their clients are second to none! Our dream home is everything we imagined and more! After we closed, any minor detail was completed in a timely manner. My wife and I were truly blessed to have found Paez Family Homes. We highly recommend them!

Entering the custom home building market, I had no idea what to do or expect, as it was tremendously daunting. After meeting with other custom home builders and finally meeting with Michael and the Paez Family Homes’ team I knew I had to look no further. It felt like I knew the team for years. Before I met with the Paez Family Homes’ team I spent years designing my custom home with constant changes to where I finally got to the point, I knew exactly what I wanted. Then it came time to trust a builder to carry out the build and achieve the look and amenities I wished for. All I can say is the Paez Team nailed the precise look I was asking for. Anytime I had a question, or a suggestion Michael and the team answered it promptly and steered me in the right direction with their expertise. It was easy to tell the Paez Team knew what they were doing. As stressful as building a custom home can be, Michael and the team made sure any concern I had was taken care of. Once, my home was 99.9% finished any normal issues that arose were taken care of without hesitation from the team. Paez family homes really does mean Family. The team has done an amazing job at not only building our dream home, but also guiding us every step of the way. They take the time to listen to what you have in mind and get to know you so they can make your vision come true. Throughout the whole process there has been constant communication, updates, and brainstorming together. As someone who overthinks, they have been able to calm all my worries without hesitation. This has made the biggest difference for me in the whole construction process. I strongly believe that just a sales representative for another construction company wouldnt have been able to do this. What sets Paez family Homes apart from other construction companies is that you have direct contact with the contractors which establishes 100% customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a construction company that is going to help you in every step of the way with quality work this is it. We chose Paez family homes because we wanted to choose someone we trusted with our investment and our new home, it was definitely the right choice. Michael is efficient, effective and easy to work with. One of our primary goals was to stay within budget and still have a nice home and he was able to help us through that journey. This is our first home building experience and he was able to guide us through every step and make sure and explain in detail what the process is, he also has experience in design so was able to give us pointers when we were selecting items to make sure that it flowed well with the other design items chosen. Its hard to find someone whos primary goal is to take care of their clients and is a reliable and trustworthy. We are very happy with our house and cant wait for all the memories we build with our family!

Highly recommend Paez Family Homes. From the day I met them to the day we departed ways they were super friendly and attentive. They would reach out to me if any issues would arise and would provide solutions to fix and best accomodate my needs. Beautiful floor plans, they are willing to work with you to bring your vision to life. Really attentive to what the customer wants, fitting all your family needs regarding details of your home. Professional people but also fun and friendly. For some unfortunate reasons I was not able to get my home started but it was nothing of their control. Michael was very professional and gave us great communication. We worked with him on drafting the plans to our future home which was a seamless process. We had many delays for construction due to the inflating rise of lumber costs and other costs to build so we have not begun construction on our project yet.
