I am a realtor so I do think my opinion counts for a little more based on the number of new homes I have sold over the years. I have worked with builders that are very high end to builders that are very low end but there are almost always issues along the way regardless of the level. Not this time. BY FAR this was the very best experience ever!! The experience was so great that I felt compelled to write a review ( ordinarily I dont do this)From start to finish Our Country Homes ( Marina, Steven, Nathan etc) overdelivered. We entranced a custom home 10 months ago to the day and were told we would be ready to close in 10-11 months. With a lot of builders that generally means about 11 and a half - 12 months.Every single thing they said or promised was done as they had said. We had a Third Party inspection done and nothing came back as deficient. Im not kidding when I tell you it was perfect. Every little detail was managed and relayed to non only my clients, but to me as well. Often. times the agents get left out of the loop which can create large issues later on. These guys went above and beyond for my clients. Any day of the week at any time if we needed to reach someone we could. Marina , Steven and Nathan (Cindy too) were available any time we needed anything. I really cannot explain to you how great of an experience the whole process was.This was my second home built with our country homes . This one was in Tanners Mill in Prosper but I also had another client who built with them in Lucas as well. This particular client is one that is VERY hard to please and she had not one complaint either! Both homes came out beautifully and both transactions were flawless.I can honestly say that the next time I build a home I will absolutely build it with OCH. I would absolutely recommend building or buying a home with this company. Buying a home is a huge deal and an emotional process and these guys made it so easy and so enjoyable!!Amy HerzogCentury 21
