We could not be more happy that we chose Reza and his team with Ocean Glory Homes to build our home. We were able to customize it to our needs and style, walk through the build site at any time, and personally talk to the workers from the carpenter to flooring - who delivered amazing, quality work. We asked for some very specific details and additions in our design and they delivered! Even through the delays of the pandemic and labor shortages, our home was finished in time and the price that we signed for in the beginning never changed despite the ever increasing price of materials and homes in general. Reza and his team are extremely responsive and truly care about their customers addressing and fulfilling every question or concern. I had always heard of “building nightmares” and I am happy to say we never once felt that way through the whole process. We look forward to working together again in the future. We had always dreamed of having a coastal home in Rockport, TX. and finding Ocean Glory made that dream come true. Ocean Glory was open to modifying one of their predesigned floor plans and worked with us through the design and building of our home. I cant say enough about there professionalism and knowledge of the local home building market. Also a shout out to there superintendent Charlie who made the building process so much easier. He was always there to answer questions or have meeting with us after hours or on weekends. My home was completed about six months ago. I worked with Reza and his design team to have OGH design and build a custom home. I have had several custom homes built over the years and I can honestly state that the home Ocean Glory Homes built is the best ever. I think this statement could stand alone as a remarkable five star review.In the beginning, Reza very clearly explained the build process, as well as the quality tiers we could consider and the budgets required for each. Having never built a home before, he addressed all of our concerns and fears and put us at ease. We were confident that we could trust his word. Before the build started, he asked all the right questions and did a great job understanding my expectations.During the 6 months of the build, the site foreman Charlie and the entire team poured their hard work and hearts into an extraordinarily high quality project. I have been dreaming of our forever home for years and the idea of going custom was made easy by Reza, Kassandra, and Charlie! We wanted a stilted home being on the water with a massive back deck. Our style was industrial modern with warm wood accents and coastal nods throughout. From my idea of combining my dinning and kitchen with a banquet bench on the front of my island to a climate control room on the ground floor that my husband has claimed as a man cave, we have everything we have ever wanted in a home. A little over a year ago, we saw an older established house that seemed like the home of our dreams. After touring that home and others with our realtor, we stumbled upon a home built by Ocean Glory Homes. We immediately fell in love with the features and feel of the home and immediately rushed to see the model home. After speaking with Kassandra about the customization available through them, we realized the only way we could find the real home of our dreams was to build, and so we did. As first time home buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed at first with the daunting task of picking every single thing- from the light and plumbing fixtures, to tile and handles-in the end it all came together. Reza met us every step of the way with extreme understanding and transparency. Reza, Ryan, and Kassandra were very helpful and made the process of a new build fun and exciting. There is no other builder out there that would have been able to build the home that Ocean Glory was able to create. The house is well built with tons of beautiful details - crown molding through-out, custom solid wood cabinets, decorative ceilings in the livingroom, dining room, and master bedroom.
