We had a wonderful experience building our home. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. We did not build a fancy house but were always made to feel it was special. Monte positioned our house on our lot so that we get the best look at the lake. That was a real plus. Their entire team make you feel like family. -

I would highly recommend Monte Smith for both home design and home construction. He has done two different home designs for me and was attentive to my wants & needs on both plans. He is also very creative as far as making suggestions as well. As a home builder, I am impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship.He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. He is creative and also makes sure any dead space is utilized. -
