Drew and Mark and there team did an excellent job! They had to redo our cabinets in the Kitchen, and redo the bathroom shower do to a water leak.

Modern Spaces removed a wall then did sheetrock and trim work for me. They were fast, did quality work, and their price was reasonable. Mark was a talented carpenter and he and Drew were very friendly and curteous. They went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. I hope to use their services again soon.

We needed to remodel our parents bathroom to make it ADA compliant. Mark designed the bathroom so it is wheelchair accessible into the wet area where the shower and tub are located. Their team was fast and the finish product is exactly what we wanted.
