Meyer Brandt built our home 7 years ago. I interviewed several custom home builders, and just got a good feeling from this smaller, family-run company. I had built a spec home before, but this was my first truly custom built home. The experience was so much nicer. I sketched out my floor plan on paper and Meredith converted it to detailed architectural designs. From start to finish, Kyle planned and scheduled subcontractors so there were never any delays. His attention to detail and the quality of workmanship he expected from all subs was excellent.Kyle and Meredith guided us through the process of making selections in a timely manner. During construction, Kyle was able to address any concerns we raised. We lived 4 hours away, so when we couldnt make it here to check on things, Kyle would send texts and pictures showing the progress.We love that Meyer Brandt made our dream retirement home a reality. I would certainly recommend them if youre looking for a quality product.

Meyer Brant Custom Home Builder ReviewMeyer Brant did a magnificent job building our custom home.We met Meredith and Kyle through our real estate agent while looking to buy a home from out of state. They were already in the process of building a home that had just been framed so we were still able to customize most of the interior design selections.The unique floor plan, design and location were exactly what we were looking for in a new home.Meredith and Kyle took the time to guide us through the home building process and even managed the pool build so that the home and pool would be finished at the same time.Meyer Brant has exceeded our expectations from start to finish with Kyle’s quality craftmanship and Meredith’s expert interior design.

This is the second home we had Meyer Brant build for us, which should say something in and of itself. We have challenged them in both builds by requesting unique designs and concepts and they came through both times. Meredith gave us exactly what we were looking for in the architecture and Kyle made sure it was built right. Kyle is also a wizard at wood work as he built all our custom wood shelving, barn doors and ceilings. Yes. Wood ceilings. They hire excellent subs, the key to any good builder, and they pay attention to the work being done. When there was an aesthetic issue with the tiling in one of the guest baths they required the sub to tear out the work and retile the bath. Even when we had disagreements regarding the process and some usually minor issue, which you always have during any build, they solved those disagreements to our satisfaction. They will be the first people I call if I ever build again.

As a private sub contractor, I’ve hade the privilege to see each home Meyer Brant builds and they are second to none in customer care and attention to detail. Kyle, the owner makes it a point to oversee all aspects of each built home from ground break to turn key. I’m very impressed with their work ethic and would highly recommend Meyer Brant to anyone interested in the custom home market.
