As youre picking a home builder remember this. We did not build our Manning home, we bought it this past March from the original owners. The house was built in 2019. Any time we have questions about the home, Manning has always been more than willing to answer the phone and help us resolve the problem. Their customer service is a rare find these days! Recently, Manning sent out a service person to look at a window issue. They didnt charge us and it was a simple fix. Remember, we are not the original home owner. Great company!!!

I love my home. I walked in and saw the stair case. Thank you for building such beautiful homes in Harker Heights. I still can’t believe it is mine.
