We purchased our home sight unseen as we lived in another state. Our trust was totally in our realtor and Brian.Our home is beautiful! The finishes of our home are perfect! Brian is very easy to work with. He responds quickly with any issue, question or concerns that we may have. Brian even came to our home one evening after notifying him of an issue. I don’t think you’ll find many contractors that would do that.The one thing I can say, Brian stands behind his work! As my Mom says, Brian is not our builder, he’s family.

This review is a little late in coming, but Brian did a great job for us this past year(2022). We were struggling to find someone who would build a shop, close in our back patio for a sun-room, and add a covered patio with firepit, seating, and built-in grill area. No one would even give us an estimate! Once we found Brian, he was quickly on the job and was very excited about doing the work for us. What a super-hero! He patiently worked through what exactly we wanted (he is very knowledgeable and made sure we didnt go down a rabbit hole!). Once we had a plan, he drew up the detailed plans and boy were we excited! Due to the crazy long lead-times for materials (sub-contractors!), it took a while to complete, but Brian was always there to keep us in the loop on the progress and when we tweaked a few things he was very responsive and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He never discouraged us from making changes, he just wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We couldnt be happier with the results. Brian not only directed the subs, he put in a lot of personal effort, building my attic lift from scratch! I LOVE it! The patio and built-in smoker grill are fantastic and we are enjoying that and the Sunroom (now my wifes office as well) every day. Thanks Brian!!!

Brian helped us with the design for our Lakehouse and so when we needed to add a bunk room we turned to him again. He did an amazing job and then turned around and wowed us with the bunk beds he designed and built to fit into a very small space. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Brian was a pleasure to work with. He took the time and energy to sift through our likes and dislikes to come up with a wonderful remodel. Communication was top notch, we always knew what was happening and in the event of something not going exactly as he wanted, he let us know that too. We have many more projects in mind and Brian is the one to call.

Brian helped us with our building process. We saved up for many years to build our dream home. He walked us through the entire process & was able to answer the many questions we had as first time home builders. I 100% recommend Brian Glass!

Brian and his team completely remodeled our bathroom shower. He located the problem in a newly purchased home, demolished the current shower, laid slab, enlarged the room, added a whirlpool tub, and more. He truly cared about our happiness with the final product and made sure it was what we wanted. He went above and beyond several times. He and his team were respectful of my home at all times. He is very professional and takes great pride in his work. I was never uncomfortable having them in my home while I was at work. Communication was awesome. The project turned out amazing!!!! We would definitely use them again.
