We are enjoying our beautiful Lifestyle by Stadler home! The house is well-constructed with very few issues to report - the few minor issues we had were addressed promptly and courteously. We love the open concept, the cathedral ceilings, and the many large windows that warm the home with lots of natural light. Our favorite part of the house is the full-size front porch which provides us with a spectacular view of the hill country. Lifestyle by Stadler has been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this builder.

My wife and I are so grateful for the Stadler team, especially Dean and James. We started our home construction in the midst of COVID, so there were numerous unpredictable (but inevitable) challenges with our homebuilding project in Bulverde.While things could not always progress smoothly or timely in that environment, Dean and James persevered with us until we got to move into exactly the home we had imagined and hoped for.Throughout, they communicated transparently and professionally. The Stadler team worked in good faith, and stood behind correction of the work in a few cases where (COVID related) corrections or personnel changes were needed.Thank you!

Our home was originally going to be a spec home for Stadler, but we were able to purchase it prior to the start of construction. Their original plan was what we were looking for in a home.The process went beautifully from start to finish. We did make a few custom changes and upgrades here and there to get exactly what we wanted. They were very helpful and patient with all of those changes.Buildling during the pandemic presented challenges for them due to supply chain and labor shortages or delays. They addressed those issues to keep things on track and always kept us informed. From the foundation pour to the final paint touch up, the process went well. Everyone: the sales rep, construction supervisor, estimators, and office staff were very professional and responsive. When we had questions or concerns they were addressed in a timely manner.The quality of work is fantastic. This company is quite picky about their final product. They kept on top of every detail, did not cut any corners and saw to it that it was done well. In the end, they delivered a beautiful, well made and finished out, custom home.We recommend Lifestyle by Stadler to anyone looking to build a quality home.

We built our house in Corderilla while living in Houston. We only interviewed preferred builders because we were told that the Corderilla COA was quite difficult to navigate. We were very happy with Stadler. They did everything and we only came in a couple times during the process. Videos, drone footage, zoom calls and an easy to follow app that gave us daily updates and photos. We are moved in and extremely happy with our new home. Thank you Jason and Dean.

Stadler did an Excellent job in the Building of our Home. They were very honest from Ray Stadler on down. Jason Rudewick in particular did an excellent job as Construction manager and is a very honest and personable person. Katie Rodriguez also did excellent work on our behalf. We are glad to highly recommend Stadler Custom Homes to anyone interested in having a Home built in the San Antonio or Hill Country areas.

Absolutely unbelievable builder. Ray has continually outmatched my expectations. I always think, he’s gonna drop the ball this time. BUT HE NEVER DOES. If you want a custom home, honestly it’s not even a choice. Everything else is cookie cutter trash compared to this remarkable team. You will not regret it.
