Jason Davis and his crew including subs are the best-of-the-best! JLD Premier Homes is by far a company that exceeds their professionalism in building the home you desire to live in for the rest of your life. Their are flexible to adjust what needs to be done to build your home to your satisfaction. We would gladly recommend them to consider hiring for your new build. All work is done on a timely manner and his crews are respectful in addressing any problems along the way. We are so thankful that we found this Master Builder to help us retire in comfort. We hired JLD builders to do renovations for our home, and are so thankful we went with them. We were blown away by the quality of work that was done, and Jasons/his teams integrity.He was incredibly flexible as the job changed along the way, very patient, full of sound advice when we had questions, and extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. He knows the right way to get a job done, and doesnt cut corners. Communication was good, he kept us well apprised of the scheduling along the way, and all the workers he brought into our home were respectful and kind. Our project was completed when expected, and right on budget (no surprise expenses).It is not often you find a builder with such a high standard for his own work ethic, and that of his team. We couldnt be more satisfied with the end result, and wont hesitate to reach out again for a future project.

We hired Jason Davis of JLD Premier homes to build our custom home. Jason is very laid back and easy to work with. What he tells you he does. He is open to changes and is flexible during the building process.We built during the pandemic and even with shortages and escalating costs Jason rolled with the punches to deliver a beautiful and well built home. You can rest assured that when Jason gives you a bid, that will be the final cost. We made some upgrades along the way, but we knew that the extra cost would be there at the beginning. Jason was always willing to listen to get a finished product that we wanted. Jason is great to work with and his subcontractors follow suit as well. I cant say enough positive things about JASON DAVIS W/ JLD HOMES! Gratefully so, this was our 2nd time to have the opportunity to build a custom built home. When it came time to have our 25 year old home remodeled recently , we felt that our best choice for the job was JLD Premier Homes because of the reputation standing behind their work . We had them paint everything , totally redo the MBR bathroom as well as our other 2. bathrooms , replace all the lighting in our home , all new bathroom granite vanities , replaced all our windows much more . In short , all their work was entirely to our satisfaction and , most importantly , we know that Jason Davis is honest and will stand behind his work. VERY SATISFIED. Ron & Karen Girard.
