Houstonian Home Renovations (HHR) expanded our gazebo 3-fold into a rectangular screened in area with a summer kitchen, flagstone floor and tied the roof into our existing roof-line. The project was completed on-time and on budget. We enjoyed it for many years before selling the home and moving closer to Houston.

Houstonian Home Renovations remodeled my kitchen. They completely gutted, the kitchen, removing all the cabinets, and then custom built new cabinets. They added a lot of extras, such as; storage around my cooktop, a pull out spice rack, vertical storage for large cookie sheets and pizza pans, and a corner cabinet with a built-in lazy susan. No space was wasted. I have plenty of storage, even though we removed cabinets over the bar, to open up the room.Other changes that were made included switching places between the oven and the refrigerator to give the kitchen a better flow. Changing the cooktop from an electric to a gas. Adding lighting and plenty of hidden electrical outlets under the cabinets.We put new flooring and lighting in the kitchen, breakfast, laundry, and den. Plus, we refloated the ceiling and all of those rooms.They did such a great job, I asked them to build me a new mantle and put a new countertop and sink in my wet bar.I absolutely love my new kitchen. I can’t say enough about the great job Tomas and his crew did. Everyone on Tomas’s crew has a specialty, and that is the job they perform, making all work top-notch.Tomas has an eye for what will work and what won’t. He was with me every step of the way, helping me pick out countertops, paint, and flooring material.I get a lot of compliments on my new kitchen. If you use Houstonian Home Renovations, I’m sure you will be happy with the finished product.

Houstonian Home Renovations designed and built a beautiful patio cover that added a great outdoor living area poolside. The project was well managed and was completed in a very timely manner. The finished project fit in with the existing structure and didnt have that add on appearance.

Thomas is great to work with. We started with a renovation of our living space, which included removal of paneling, cabinets and fireplace mantel, entry stairwell, front door. Installation of fireplace faux stone, cabinets, wood flooring, stair way(wrought iron railing), front door. Seeing the excellent workmanship we decided to upgrade our master bath to a spa like bath-we did, walk in shower, jetted tub, recessed tiled ceiling, new cabinets, walk in lighted closet. After seeing the amazing reults we then asked Thomas to update our rear patio, which included replacing the old wood deck with a Trex deck, extending a roof over a new hot tub, replacing a wood entry gate with wrought iron. Just want to add that Thomas worked with us every step, from permitting to product selections, color schemes, etc. He has a manner that allows him to help personalize the entire experience. You cant go wrong, we are extremely happy!!!!!

Tomas and his crew did a total bathroom renovation for me in 2021. He offered many creative ideas that I had not thought of and his attention to details was excellent. I greatly appreciated his perfection on every aspect of the project. I sold my home in the summer of 2024 and received raving reviews concerning the master bath. I truly believe it was his workmanship that brought me 3 contracts in one day for over list price. I highly recommend his company for your next project.
