Over many years, my husband and I have built several homes. I have to say Stephen Hann was the easiest, most collaborative contractor to work with and did the best job-we now have a beautiful modern lake house that we love! I most appreciated the quality of the work that Steven’s subs produced, weekly status update/checklist calls/meetings, his willingness to shop different aspects of the job as much as needed to stay within budget, and his willingness to support our desire to use products he had not used before (eg slate lite). Even though in all instances, I have taken the lead as the point person for each of our builds, I’ve had problems with previous contractors who weren’t responsive to me, but Stephen always has been extremely responsive and supportive. I highly recommend Hann Builders without reservation!!

Hann Builders is #1 in our book! We interviewed several TOP custom home builders when building our home in Bentwater, while most seemed more interested in SELLING us on themselves, Stephen was the one that was more interested in listening to us. While we thought we had most of the answers Hann Builders offered several creative solutions to our scenarios of desire, always exceeding our expectations. Stephen or one of his team members could always be found at our site, “Expecting what they were inspecting”. Hann builders, great personality, vision, professionalism and attention to detail.

Ive worked with contractors in the past doing remodel projects and I can easily say that Stephen Hann is top of class. He shows up when he says he will, sticks to the budget and timeline and is very thorough in his communications. When problems pop up, hes quick to fix them and doesnt make any excuses along the way. The quality of the work is outstanding and you can easily tell he takes great pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend him.

Hann does fantastic work and is very upfront on the difficulties and potential problems he could face during the course of the project. I was down in TX helping my parents during their remodeling and got to interface with Hann directly. Extremely impressed with his work, his work ethic, and his communication.
