I am an Austin Realtor and just represented the buyers on their purchase of a Greater Austin Builders new build in 78704. The experience was outstanding, from contract negotiation, through inspections, blue-tape walkthroughs -- all the way to closing. Not only is their product absolutely gorgeous, but Chester, Macon and Keith are good peeps, who are responsive and keep their word. It was a GREAT experience. I hope to work with them again!

We just purchased our first home from Greater Austin Builders and couldnt be happier. Chester and his team were very responsive and professional during the purchasing experience and the quality of the craftsmanship in the home is truly impressive. We absolutely love the home and after a month, are continuing to appreciate more and more details about it.In addition, Chester and his team have been very responsive to any questions, support or requests that we have had since moving in.We would definitely recommend Greater Austin Builders for anyone looking for a well built home from a great builder here in Austin!

Greater Austin Builders were exceptional to work with. Im a real estate agent and helped my buyers find a house that was ~3 months to completion. GAB allowed them to personally select the items the could within the construction timeline. They were able to hand pick their counters, cabinet and wall colors, all plumbing and light fixtures and the pool surface. Their design is well thought out with exceptional attention to detail. Their communication was quick and concise. We worked as a team to meet everyones goals. Their quality is top notch and they didnt take short cuts anywhere. My main point of contact was Chester and he is professional, reasonable and really cares about the clients satisfaction. I highly recommend GAB and look forward to the opportunity to help more clients work with GAB on their central Austin new construction dream home! Thanks guys:-)

I had the pleasure of working with a newly married couple on their first home together. We looked far and wide for days until we found 2507 Paramount. The quality of finish out was outstanding, and the buyers immediately fell in love. In addition, I felt the home separated itself from the competition in the quality of craftsmanship. The builders went above and beyond to make sure the buyers were happy. Greater Austin Builders and Chester Wilson were a complete delight to work with. We just closed on our new home last week and we couldn’t be happier with the result! We put the house under contract in the fall and spent the past 4 months working side by side with Chester, Macon and Keith to make this home ours. The Greater Austin Builders team (including their talented designer, Kathleen), spent countless hours helping us create and design our home down to the smallest details. Greater Austin Builders were a dream to work with! They built us our dream home and were so considerate and sympathetic to our needs. We found their gorgeous home in Central Austin when looking at another one of their listings and even though it was still under construction, it just had that WOW FACTOR when we walked in!My husband and I just had to have the home and were so excited that we put in an offer before it was even listed for sale! Chester, Macon, and Keith were so kind and so wonderful to work with.My husband and I had some issues with our lender who kept trying to move the close date around and we were so grateful that Greater Austin Builders were so willing to work with us during such a stressful time.When we did our walkthrough, Chester and Macon were so wonderful to point out all of the amazing details that we didnt even realize our house had. They really have an outstanding high quality build and make use of every space possible.From the details of only using high quality paint, to using the more expensive finishes to make the house really pop, to even building a gorgeous deck and staining it close to 5 times so it would look perfect, as well as thinking of every detail we might want such as areas to wire in surround sound, soft close cabinets, top of the line appliances, epoxy on the floor of the garage, shelving in the garage, hardi plank siding, painting every tiny smudge and being more critical than we were, as well as putting in the best sod (most expensive) and even letting us pick our trees....these guys were AMAZING!!If we ever decide to move, you bet that I will be calling Greater Austin Builders to help build our next home. We bought our first home from GAB three months ago and they have been an absolute pleasure from the time we met them. During the buying process, they were extremely helpful in explaining everything to us, especially since it was our first time going through the process.Since we’ve been in the house, we’ve been amazed by the quality of every detail and are still discovering thoughtful nuances they built into the home. They have also been very responsive to any questions or requests that we have.I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a new home and will certainly hope to continue to work with them in the future.
