What can I say but kudos to this team - Michael, Karl, Dennis, Anya, and Jordan made our dreams come true. We came to San Antonio because we decided to retire in the area. We began to look for a builder. When we were introduced to Michael, we knew GCH was the builder we wanted to work with because we always dreamed of a custom build. He took a tour of our lot the day we asked to work with him and gave his honest opinion on where to build on the lot. He kept in touch with us even before we moved into the area. He was honest from the beginning of what our cost estimate would be.Michael took his time in meeting with us through each phase of the build by explaining what we needed to know before we started. Anya was patient and creative, in helping us to design the interior of our home. Jordan gave us the slam dunk with our fixtures. Karl was fantastic in explaining everything on site. Dennis was detailed in ensuring the interior was completed correctly. Throughout the process his entire team took their time with us to make our home beautiful and unique. Even when we had questions, his team was patient and efficient with their answers. Their perseverance throughout the process was just a testament of their integrity and professionalism. If you are seeking a custom builder, look no further! I dont know how there can be anyone better than Genuine Custom Homes! My dream home is now my forever home thanks to Michael, Karl, and Dennis. Their tremendous expertise in home building was evident in every part of the process, from helping me find a great mortgage broker to suggesting enhancements to my architectural plans to setting realistic expectations about the cost and schedule. My wife and I looked at least at 10-12 different builders in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area over a 14-month period. We looked at Trac-Builders and Custom Builders and were fortunate to find GCH.We heard horror stories regarding custom builds, but once we met with Michael and Karl, they assured us that they would do all they could to make our experience a good one, but they also were real and candid about some of the things we might experience; with this transparency, we knew we had found the RIGHT builder! From the planning and design phases to closing, GCH and their associates were attentive to our desires and needs. They have the experience to listen and make expert recommendations and/or suggestions. Although they had several homes at various building phases, GCH made us feel like our home was a priority throughout the process.It has been almost 11 months since we moved into our beautiful GCH custom home and we are very happy with everything GCH did to make our dream home become a reality. Genuine Custom Homes is an extraordinary company and perfect team to build your dream home. My husband and I are retired military and researched for 1 yr before finding Genuine. We talked to numerous top builders in the Texas area and viewed more than 40 models and parade of homes from San Antonio to Austin. When we found Geniune we knew they were God sent. The Genuine team is amazing, professional, personal and completely made my husband and feel so comfortable with their process. We started the process around COVID-19, supply shortages and rate increases. Michael and Karls team of professionals helped us every step of the way through the most trying times for any home build. We love that our home is our own design with the help of their expert architects and designers. The entire team helped us make smart decisions throughout the process and made us feel our home was their top priority. Genuine Custom Homes is best described as partnership and with superior performance. They listen to you and create home plans incorporating those ideas, make recommendations, offer alternatives in a transparent process from beginning to end. They are quality, on-time delivery, and on budget home builders. There was never a surprise during the our entire association with Geniune Custom Homes - what was planned is what was delivered. Our home was completed in 8 months during COVID-19, and the supply chain distortions that followed, while other builders were taking 20 to 26 months to complete builds. The shorter build time and quality of product are a testament to the relationship Genuine Customer Homes has with its subcontractors and customers. Anyone who is thinking of building a home in south central Texas needs to talk to Geniune Custom Homes - they will not be disappointed.

We interviewed several of the San Antonio areas custom builders before making our decision. From the first meeting there was something different about Genuine that made us feel like they were people with integrity and honesty.This is our first (and only) custom home, so we had questions on top of questions. In the initial visits it was clear that we were going to get our questions answered (and then some). Michael Bryant, their sales rep, was always available to talk and help us understand the process. Phone call, text or email, he is Mr. Responsive.We made the choice to go into design with them and we are now watching our home be constructed! We continue to be pleased with not only Michael and Karl (owners and project team) but also with the building designer, interior designer and vendors they have sent to us. Everyone involved has been great to work with, even the finance people and title company.I cant imagine having a better team to support us and keep us on track and comfortable with the process. We recommend them without reservation.

Five stars are not enough! Before building with Genuine Custom Homes, my husband and I started with another builder with whom we were very dissatisfied. How fortunate we found Michael and Karl! The difference in the experience was like night and day. Genuine is completely transparent with their fees and there are no hidden costs. They started with our budget in mind and never swayed from that. When issues came up during construction, the only answers we got from them were were already on it or no problem, well make it right. There is a reason they have won best customer service on Houzz 4 years in a row! Plus, they build truly stunning homes. I cannot recommend them enough!

We chose them based on their awards for customer service, and they did not disappoint. When there was a problem, they fixed it. If we didnt like it, they changed it. If THEY thought something needed to be changed, they offered a CREDIT. AMAZING customer service! How many people can call their builders friends by the end of the process? We are so thankful we found them!

With GCH I and my wife came out with friends for life and a fantastic home. On time, on budget, on our terms. We recommend them with no reservations what so ever.
