We bought one of Mikes prebuilt homes in February of 23 and we are happy that we did. It has been a very good experience. We feel like we ended up with a quality-built home. Mike and his team have been very responsive to us and have made sure that we are satisfied. We look forward to many years of comfortable living in our Garabedian built home.

Our experience with Mike Garabedian and the staff at Garabedian Properties has been Fantastic. We have been in our Garabedian house for over 3 years. I cant comment enough on the Quality of the build and the Design of our home. We constantly have people driving by to take pictures of the outside. It is just a stunning home.In the February 2021 freeze and blackout, ours was the only house on the street that did not reach freezing temperatures inside. No pipe bursts as Garabedian designed the home to have all of the water heaters and water running through the home on the interior walls and within an encapsulated attic that remains the same temperature of the home.We have had several high-end Home builders in our house and ALL of them have commented on the remarkable quality of the products used and the overall build.Throughout the past 3 years in our home, Mike has reached out to us on several occasions (as well as during the freeze and blackout) to check on us and see if we needed anything. Once you buy a home from Garabedian, its like your a part of their Family. Always checking in and letting us know they are there if we need anything.We could not be happier with our home.Thank you Garabedian Team and Mike!

Mike Garabedian has delivered top quality service and quality in performing our recent home renovations and improvements. As a Graduate Master Builder, Mike has stayed on top of understanding up to date technical and material building options. His knowledge and experience has been invaluable in determining options to update and make repairs on our older home. We have been burned by bad contractors in the past, so Mike’s expertise was well worth spending more than the “minimum” for the cheaper building contractor, and the warranty to go with it. We expect to need Mike’s services again in the future, and we will not hesitate to call on him to help us with our “home improvement wish list”. Thank you, Mike!

Even if it has not been his responsibility he has assisted us in our questions. It takes a real professional to follow through and in a timely manner. Very positive experience. Staff and workers all very professional and courteous. Type of house (Arts & Crafts) was not without challenges, but end result was exactly as envisioned. Meetings and on-site inspections helped throughout the process. Requests and suggestions were quickly addressed and visits were encouraged. On-site coordinator/manager was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Mike Garabedian knows how to build a beautiful home and is a pleasure to work with.

Each job was done in a very timely manner which I find not the norm for most contractors. Remodeling your home is kind of nerve wracking. You really only get one chance to do it with these funds you have available and it needs to be done right. Once we hired Garabedian Properties those nerves were replaced by a confidence. Mike is an excellent listener and he really cares that he gets it right, the way that you want it. The crew that MIke directs were very professional and courteous at all times. We were pulled aside on several occasions to make certain that we understood what was being done, why it was being done and how they were going to do it. Along the way we could see our dreams coming to fruition just as we hoped. If there any questions along the way I simply asked and was always greeted with a smile and a caring disposition. I have zero regrets that we used Mike and Garabedian Properties and hope to use them again in the future.

For several years now Trinity Habitat for Humanity has had the pleasure of partnering with Garabedian Properties on many deconstruction projects. Mike Garabedian owner of the company, works with homeowners who are considering demolishing their home to consider donating any usable product like windows, doors, cabinets etc. instead of throwing it in the landfills. For the homeowners, Garabedian Properties provides them with a service that eliminates many headaches, contributes to a local worthy cause, and gives them a receipt for tax purposes. Any product Habitat receives is then resold at a discount through our Habitat ReStores with the proceeds benefiting the mission of Trinity Habitat for Humanity which is to build more houses for deserving families. On a personal level Mike has donated items from his own residence and encourages others to do the same. Individuals who donate receive the same treatment as our commercial clients.
