Waldemar and the entire Freccia Group staff have been tremendously the greatest experience for me to resolve a number of my home repair and concerns. From Roofing to Drywall to Gate/Door Stain to Paint Job, you name it....they did with outstanding detail and the level of quality any customer would and should expect. Communication was great. They were patient with me and very responsive to my every call. Their contractors were all professionals and what amazed me the most is the Partner and Management team were there prior and ensured they followed up with every work and owned it. Happy customer, will recommend and use their services again for sure!! Now I know why they were highly recommended to begin with.

Searching and finding a trustworthy contractor can be challenging and also very stressful. We came across Freccia Group through a referral and we are so happy we selected them to complete our remodel of our guest and master bath along with framing out a 10’ opening in our master bedroom for a two tier sliding door. Waldemar was our GC and is top notch! He did an outstanding job on communicating the schedule and notifying us when workers would show up. When we ran into design changes or issues due to the remodel he was honest and upfront and provided recommended suggestions. The contractors that were used on our project were highly skilled and completed high end quality work on our project. These qualities in a GC and subs are not easy to find and I highly recommend using Freccia Group for your next remodel or home project.

We had quite a few hiccups in the process of our build (mostly from staffing turnover in the position of project manager) If we had Wildermar or Echo as our project managers from the start, everything would have run smooth as silk. The new edition has made our house more beautiful and increased value substantially. Can’t say enough about Echo and her responsiveness on any issues after the build is done. She understands customer service and stays on top of things until they are corrected.

As a former litigation attorney with construction experience I inherently distrust contractors. Freccia Group changed everything I had thought about the industry.From the beginning, the professionalism is unrivaled. Everyone that I interacted with was polite, not just to me, but also to my wife, children and even my dogs. When the original quote was made they walked through each step, took time to make sure they understood what we wanted and let us know how it would be completed. If what we wanted could not be done (load bearing beams, etc), they explained it without talking down to us.Once work began, of course were some hiccups with subcontractors, but NEVER did Freccia pass the blame nor did they try to indicate, that is just how it is done. They made sure it met our approval, sometimes going even above what we thought was acceptable to get it perfect.Freccia understood that this was not a job to us, it was our home and where we lived. They demonstrated understanding of this by communicating timeframes and Waldermere even came late in the afternoon from another job to make sure that we could get laundry done. They understood that there is a human component to home remodeling that does not exist in other types of building and construction.When you are getting quotes, Freccia probably will not be the lowest. But to paraphrase John Wooden, if you cant afford to do it right, can you afford to do it again? My home is the most important asset that I have, and Freccia understood that.My family now has the home of our dreams thanks to Freccia. Rebecca and Waldermere are honest, hardworking people that came to us as contractors but I now consider advisors and friends. My only complaint is that they appear to be Astros fans, but that I can live with.In short, take if from someone who has worked many lawsuits concerning general contractors and home remodeling, if you hesitate to hire Freccia for your project you will most likely regret that decision.
