Maurice and his team at First Rate did an outstanding job! They constructed a garage and driveway that far exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. Just as the name states, First rate. We have used Maurice from First Rate Construction many times. It began after a fire and a fire fighter kicked our front door down. We had a custom door assembly made and found Maurice and he had the door finished and then he and his crew installed it. I had never seen such professional work done. They constructed a tent around the entryway so no dust would enter the rest of the house. Over the years he has done several bits of remodeling for us from a brand new kitchen island to replacing the Craftsman brackets on the front of our house. He has also done major work for close friends who were equally pleased. Always honest, always the best quality materials. A real pleasure to work with. I just wish he could have built our house!
