I requested a quote from Fajardo Design and Construction for a complete remodel of our newly purchased home based on their reviews and website before and after pictures I was nervous because this would be a huge project and my first remodel experience. After meeting with Ruben, I became more hopeful. Ruben recommended concepts that we had not envisioned for our new home, but completely aligned with our chosen style. Only seeing pictures of his work, he even honored my request to see an example of their work and met me at a current remodel project. My husband and I went with Fajardo and cannot be happier with our remodel, the design and the quality workmanship. With any remodeling project there can be hiccups and changes along the way and Ruben’s team worked to ensure the best outcome. It was a pleasure working with Ruben, David , Kristy and the entire team.

We contacted them about repairing some tile and walls in our home after the plumbers cut the walls out to reroute our plumbing! Everyone at this company has been transparent, effective at communicating and efficient! They did a great job and everything looks amazing and you can’t tell where they fixed the holes in the wall! We’re already planning our next major project with them and I cannot recommend them enough for their quality work and communication from the time I reached out for an estimate until they finished the project!

There are many things that set Mr. Fajardo and his team apart, but what I appreciate the most is the over-the-top services, including on-site management and design services. When we began the process to do a remodeling in our home we contacted Fajardo Design Construction and another company. After hearing remodeling suggestions from both, we felt like Ruben and his company were the best choice.Throughout the design, demo, and remodeling Ruben and David were always available for any questions or concerns that we had. David probably received more text messages from us then he possibly cared to, but he was always quick to respond! We appreciate all of their hardwork and willingness to listen. They finished our remodel sooner than expected. At the end of the project they asked for feedback on areas they could improve in order to help their business continue to grow. I dont know of very many companies that do that.We love our new kitchen and bathroom and would highly recommend them!

Teresa and I were very careful when choosing another contractor as we had a horrible experience with one we hired to do a downstairs renovation a few years ago!When we hired Fajardo Contracting to do a bedroom renovation we were completely confident in Ruben and his company after checking reviews and our conversations with him.Their work proved to be impeccable! They completely transformed our master bedroom/bath/closet and hallway into a beautiful modern look. My wife and I were very pleased with their professionalism, integrity and quickness!He also oversaw construction of a 25’x20’ carport which was attached to our home and brought many compliments from neighbors!Fajardo Contracting is more than a business to this family, it’s a passion to make something beautiful out of the ordinary. We hold them in high regard and will definitely call them again if their expertise is needed in the future.

Ruben and Toby built my kitchen after another contractor failed miserably. It almost seemed like Ruben read my mind on finishes, layout, etc. Even though they were generous enough to help out after me not having a kitchen for 2 years, they even put up with my attitude that I caught with them on occasion. Our property value increased by $115,000 this year which I am protesting! I need to show them that our house needs repairs to dispute that increase. I called Fajardo Const for an estimate and Representative Ruben came out within two days. Ruben was very knowledgeable and friendly, he also had our estimate ready two days later.
