I can not even begin to tell you how much I LOVE my Eagle Ridge home! I dont own a house, I own a HOME. There is a difference! Chris and his staff are very professional and prompt answering any questions we had during the entire process of building and after moving in. Chris has a beautiful style that no other home builder has. I am very proud of my home and get a lot of complements when we have visitors over. I highly recommend Eagle Ridge Builders to build your next home.Thank you Chris for building my family a beautiful HOME.

I truly dont know where to begin sharing with everyone, all the positives surrounding this entire process! From the initial meeting with Chris (the president/owner of Eagle Ridge Builders)to the day we closed, we had NOTHING but an incredibly wonderful experience! Chris is VERY involved with every aspect of your forever home. His attention to detail and workmanship is second to none! He is very honest and straight forward about EVERY aspect of your build. He takes pride in his homes and it shows! From everything from floor plans to the smaller details such as faucets or brick color, he is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns his customers may have! We never felt uncomfortable about any aspect of this process and that means the world to us! I am a Fort Hood, TX Realtor who had the pleasure of doing my first deal with Eagle Ridge approximately a month ago with a buyer. When working with a new builder as an agent, there is some anxiety as to what to expect from the builder. There was no reason to be anxious with Eagle Ridge. Chris was a very responsive builder. My buyer fell in love with the interior stone decorating, Eagle Ridges calling card. The rest of the home was superbly well done. On a tight timeline, Eagle Ridge delivered on everything they promised and left my buyer very pleased. That is what is important to me as an agent, and we left with zero complaints. The service and attention to detail was phenomenal, as was the price for a new construction home in Bella Charca. My buyer had looked at several other builders, and I am confident ultimately got the best deal and neighborhood with Eagle Ridge. I would highly recommend them to buyers considering a home in the Fort Hood or Temple/Belton area.

Chris is great to work with! Knowledgeable & professional. Patient with the clients. Straight shooter, No BS. His custom homes are beautiful. Office folks are efficient too.
