Connor & his team are hands down the best builders I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with.Being a Realtor I’ve walked through a lot of new construction homes & custom build homes BUT nothing tops a Dumbeck Custom Home. I promise you the quality is top notch & the care from the Dumbecks is first class.We worked with the Dumbecks to build on our farm and it was truly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The attention to detail, clear communication & ability to meet tight deadlines is impressive.If I ever built another home I would choose Connor & his team in a heartbeat- and you should do. Dumbeck Custom Homes built our home from start to finish within 8 months. We can not say enough good things about Connor! He was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. When one crew was done, the next came in. It was all done very efficiently!! Even when we made changes midway, it did not stall the process. Im sure for some building a custom home is stressful, but for us it wasnt! Connor was great with helping us through every step, making it a super simple, fun build! We made our first phone call to Connor in late June, we knew after our first conversation we had met our builder. It was evident that he not only takes pride in his work, but he cares about his clients.Connor was timely and proficient during the bidding process, walking us through every step to make sure we stayed in our budget and still got what we wanted.Once the construction started it never slowed down. His crews were extremely detail oriented, friendly, and efficient while still focused on quality. You would expect building a custom home during a pandemic would bring all the obstacles, however Connors thorough planning and attention to detail made for limited issues. When they did arise Connor approached them calmly and with a solution mindset.With Connors help we were able to build our dream home, in our budget, with all the perfect details.I cant say enough amazing things about Dumbeck Custom Homes and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a custom home or home project!

We couldnt have asked for a better builderWe have always self contracted our homes in the past but with our sons busy cornhole schedule of being out of state every 1.5 weeks, running our hvac business, along with our 2 daughters schedules, we knew we needed help. Connor was always on top of everything and made this the most seamless process.We have all never loved a home as much as this one & if you know us, weve lived in a lot 🫠😂.We cant even put in to words how absolutely thankful we are for him & Crystal. He quoted a fair price, kept me informed throughout the process, had great and informed advice when I had questions, and helped me with the design of the outdoor kitchen. We are extremely proud of our Dumbeck Custom Home. It’s quite a wonderful feeling to drive up and know that such a beautiful home belongs to you and that it was a such a seamless process from start to finish.From the very first interaction on the phone it was very obvious that we had found our builder. That conversation shifted into the extreme attention to detail and quality over the entire project of our home being built. The whole process was well organized and well communicated throughout. While I realize this seems unlikely to most that have heard about other’s experiences of building, I’d say — trust your gut, go with what you want in your budget and have a solid plan before you start. In other words do your homework on your floor plan and what you want in a home and then build with this company, you simply can’t go wrong. Trust the process and don’t be in a rush. Building a beautiful home that you designed start to finish takes a while, try to sit back and enjoy it. There is no question, we will build with Dumbeck Custom Homes as our builder again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

On seeing the quality of his work in this home, as well as others, we didnt hesitate to get him to work with us to built our new home in Elgin, Texas. I cant say enough about what a terrific personConnor is, as well as his work ethic. He takes care of his clients and does a fantastic job of building a new home without hesitation. Quality is his first priority.....I am SO glad we got Connor when we did....dont hesitate to contact him.....his professionalism is what separates the men from the boys! Being able to trust your builder during the building process is imperative and he makes it so easy!

It is hard to put into words the level of appreciation you have towards the person who helps you bring your dreams to life and builds your forever home but I will try... We bought raw land right before COVID and then built a home during the middle a pandemic! Connor Dumbeck was the reason we still ended up in the house of our dreams despite some bumps in the road (out of his control). He answered every question and concern with patience, empathy and understanding. When we asked, he guided us towards the best quality decision on design choices but never pushed his opinion. He shared in our excitement every step of the way and also advocated for us when push came to shove. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! 🏡

They have even called to check on us and the house even after the house was done. Anything that we needed to have checked out they were on top of it. They are great! We had a major project at our home, and we hit the jackpot when we decided to use Conner and his crew. Not only did Conner help us with the planning, but he was there every step of the way, overseeing his folks and ensuring that things went according to plan. The contractors he used were all top-notch, professional, and amazingly skilled. When issues did crop up (as they will with every construction project), he was on top of it, and came up with solutions that always seemed to turn out better than the original plans. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, but he was always positive and upbeat about things. It was readily apparent to us that he not only enjoys what he does, he takes great pride in his work. Bottom line is that, if and when we have another construction project, Conner will be the first one we call, and we will probably not even bother getting additional bids.
