Had a great experience at the Drees Design Center! We had Liz working with us and she was a huge asset in this process. It is our 3rd design center in recent years, each with a different builder. As with anything, nicer and more is not cheaper. We thought a lot of upgrades were a little more than we would have hoped but most were easy enough to justify or leave out without feeling like it was a huge loss. There were so many items and options that were offered. They really can make your home custom to you. Its not just color and material selections like weve experienced in the past. They add another dimension compared to others. It made us wonder why our previous builders never offered some of the options that were presented to us. If you build with Drees, budget a little extra for the design center. They are going to give you options like no other to make your home really pop. You will actually look forward to your visits. Liz had unbelievable follow up and was 100% accommodating. I will be afraid not to go with Drees should we ever build again and I will ask for Liz at the design center!

Our home is still being built. Our sales person, Bill, has been outstanding at every turn and our design consultant, Melisa, was exceptionally professional, patient, and knowledgeable. We have too many home modifications and upgrades to mention so we were a complicated case--but Melisa made the process much smoother than I expected. And the custom options at the design center are extensive! We had lots of great things to choose from.

We love the Drees experience. Our designer is Julie and she is extremely helpful and quickly figured out our style. We never felt rushed into making decisions and I would definitely recommend Drees to my friends and family.

What a great experience it was to work with Drees from the very beginning. I had always heard good things about them and their quality of work, but was anxious to see if they lived up to their reputation. They most certainly did!! There were a few hiccups along the way which is to be expected when building, but they always got them resolved and delivered a fine, quality built home, thats energy efficient and we couldnt be happier. You made our dream a reality! Thanks again, Drees!!

We had a great experience at the design center. Our designer worked was amazing even when we flipped/flopped on decisions. Cant say enough good things about her. They do a great job of mitigating a lot of the stress if the whole process.
